Excellent quality and service was provided for my purchase from Manager Grant. He was able to hold a couch for me that I was looking at another location that just had sold. He showed me delivery company that the store uses and how to get it delivered that same day. Grant was very respectful and helpful not only to me but to all the customers and his staff!

I frequent this store and often find outstanding items both large and small. The customer service in general is also good. However, if you visit the store at night, they start turning off the lights sometime between 9:20 and 9:25 pm which I think is absolutely obnoxious! If the store closes at 9:30 pm, lights should not be turned off until 9:30 pm and all customers are out of the store. This is terrible customer service! Also stop locking the doors before 9:30 pm. One of the emoyees had to unlock the door in order for me to get out of the store. When I got inside my car which took a minute or two, the time was 9:28 pm. I understand that employees want to go home. However, if you close at 9:30 pm, than honor that time and refrain from making customers feel like we are inconveniencing you!!!

I enjoy going to Homesense as you can always find great deals. There’s plenty of options and room to shop, even when a lot of people. Plenty of parking on a Saturday afternoon.
