Went in for an ugly Xmas sweater, but none were available. The staff was helpful after about 20 minutes of trying to figure out if they had any in stock when finally the manager stepped in and informed me they don't even carry these particular sweaters in their location

Most items in there were dark or horror themed.Customer service wasn't good, no one spoke to me until I was ready to check out.I'll likely shop online in the future, it would scare my toddlers to walk in there

I was looking for a Purple Rain T-shirt. The shirt was on display however they didn't have any in stock. None of the staff initiated any conversation with me. I sought out a sales associate to ask questions. I'm neutral about returning. Perhaps I can order the shirt online.

Really cool fashion, pins,blind bags,and jewelry. Check out can be slow(sense none of the items have barcodes) and I’ve been miss-charged before,as long as you check your receipt you’re good thought, and it is a really cool store
