There was a particular worker named moreeen not sure how to spell it, but she did want me to give her a top review even though she did not provide a top-notch service.I don’t like her over-pressuring me to give her a review, that’s very unprofessional, especially when she was being rude and dismissive, her aggressive attitude in being pushy about buying a particular material even though I told her I’m allergic to that fabric was very distasteful and unappreciated.I would like you to train that worker (MO) in not being pushy but rather accepting of the customers as they come.Thank you

I went in with a friend to try and find something nice for my anniversary. Both employees immediately ignored me and focused solely on my friend (she is thinner than me, this is important). after several minutes of both her and I trying to get them to help me, one girl walks off and the other stays with a nasty look on her face. I ask her to point out where their larger sizes would be (largest on the shelf was a medium). she pulls out a singular drawer and points with her foot, then goes off to stand with her coworker. they both made awful comments about my weight and size while they thought I was out of earshot. I know my business is inconsequential to a company like this but you'd think they'd have better employees.

First of all I love intimissimi!!! Great quality and very beautiful lingerie. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Aisha girl was super friendly and knowledgeable and very sweet. Just wanted to say thank you. Great service. Always a pleasure to shop.
