I love this j.Jill location! It is never too crowded and the staff there are super helpful and friendly. It is not the closest store to where I live, but I make the drive a couple of times a year to update my wardrobe. The staff helps find different sizes and provide advice on petite vs. regular (I can wear both), as well as suggesting additional pieces based on what I've pulled to try on. They have been very accommodating when I've had coupons and gift cards and rung them up to my best advantage. They'll also order something for me if the correct size isn't available in the store. It is my favorite j.Jill in the area!

Love J. Jill clothing, but do not enjoy going into this store. I have encountered rude staff members. Most are very helpful, though.

I have met only one or two friendly salespeople in this J. Jill store. I have shopped and bought clothing here over at least the last 6 years. If I hadn't have seen the clothes in the J. Jill catalogue and wanted to try them on, I would have left the store the minute I saw the faces/expressions on the salespeople.

Pretty clothes but they have mask NAZIs at this location. It’s June 11, 2022. Not only did the government drop its masking requirements there are now 170 published scientific studies which show that masks do not prevent the spread of airborne disease - including COVID - and instead are they are detrimental to health. They don’t take the health and welfare of their customers and employees seriously. J Jill needs to wake up and stop their regressive bullying. And by the way they can’t require anyone to wear a mask and can’t turn away a customer for choosing to not wear a mask. Next time read the mask box, it clearly states it can not prevent the spread of COVID which at this point is endemics and less harmful than the common cold.

Before leaving the store a friend I was with told the sales clerk she was unhappy with the way I was treated esp since I am from out of town. Situation was rectified probably bc she is a frequent customer. I was given a refund and the the purchase was done again with the coupon.

I have shopped here for the past few years (since moving to Annapolis) and the women working here have been wonderful... very helpful and friendly. I love JJill and I love this store.

I bought a dress in this shop, because the logo on the dress fell off, I want to return it. Because the trademark has fallen off, I won’t refund it. I said I bought it under your current discount. The woman said no. I feel that his health is not very good, and his age is a bit too emotional and not so stable. , Because she was cooking a cane, his attitude was very bad. Although my trademark is lost, I can also put that woman on him and say no, you can't return it. This woman should go home for the elderly. The customer is God, why is she impatient to complain to customers and old friends? No boss needs such a person.

I couldn't believe how rude the women who work here are. When I came in to make my purchase the two ladies were extremely rude. They were talking about a reality TV show on TV and couldn't be bothered. They acted like I was bothering them every time I had a question. And I only had two! Then when I came back to exchange something they were again rude to me and my mother and sister. What an awful place and awful women working there. They should not be in any service industry. I will never be returning to buy clothes from this location or this company.

Tried to spend some $ at the Annapilis J Jill today, but the three ladies standing around the register talking didn't seem to want to help me, the only patron in the store. As far as I know, I didn't have any broccoli in my teeth or boogers hanging out my nose. Oh well.

First time shopping at J Jill online and the petite sweaters I ordered were way too big. Returned them at this location in 2 days time and was treated very disrespectfully when one of the sweaters did not have a tag. I had all my receipts and original packaging. The woman at the register insinuated that I had removed the tag. I did not remove the tag - it never had one on it. She made a big deal that I wouldn't be able to return it and that I would have to call J Jill. Well this is my first and last purchase and this woman should not be working in retail.
