Getting the kids to run around and burn some steam is already awesome. What I did not expect and LOVE is that there are little breaks where there are age-appropriate social interactions and skills. Many of the coaches are big kids at heart which is a blessing! I’m also grateful for the flexibility of make up classes whenever something comes up or we’re out of town.

We’ve been members for over three years and love how much KidStrong has improved our children’s confidence and coordination and how much fun they have each week. It’s a great place for birthday parties too!
The coaches really care about our kids and encourage them to be their best every class. They also understand that toddlers will be toddlers and meet our kids where they are on rough days.

My niece has been going here for the past year and all I can say is her confidence and communication has skyrocketed! I’ve picked her up and number of times and had the chance to meet with Danielle! She is so passionate and kind. You can tell she’s got her heart in it. Thank you Kid Strong and Danielle!

My child has been attending KidStrong for two years. It has been the best decision and investment I made. KidStrong provides in my opinion so many life skills, but I’ll focus on four pillars of a child's development.
First, their confidence is developed as they are becoming who they will eventually become. I was able to witness that in not only my child, but all of those that were in a class with her. I loved to see their faces when they mastered a new skill, apparatus, or course. When they get up to speak in front of the class.
Second, their awareness is developed of their body, shapes, direction, and language. My child was already in school. So, I loved that it reinforced the ASL and Spanish she was already learning. The immediate gratification of achievement and recognition are both a value add and confidence booster.
Third; their understanding of being a good friend and teammate skills foundation is built. She loves being a friend. But I’ll be honest my little only child struggled with the teammate because sharing is an issue. But she has tremendously improved and understands the importance of it.
Fourth; their leadership as they rank up in the class. KidStrong teaches valuable life skills, but this to me is the most important one.
Being a leader, and understanding the importance of that role. Teaching our little ones to greet people, and to look a person in the eye when speaking and giving a handshake.
Now, I can keep going on and on about what KidStrong has done for my child. KidStrong also does something for the parents. As a parent of an only child it gave me a since of community, and built my confidence in this journey of parenthood.
Through KidStrong, I have built friendships, and extended my village. It let me know things my child did she’s not the only one. So we are able to share tips. The KidStrong community is amazing a place that you can just exhale and laugh.
It taught me; how to ensure they were doing things correctly like something as simple as a flip. At the park, I literally helped other children do flips telling them to “make their c’s and not to let go of the bar.”
It is a clean, safe, and positive environment. The coaches are just top notch. I cannot brag enough about the coaches. The excitement and hugs they give to the children were weekly gems.
In closing, Thank you, KidStrong Annapolis for these two outstanding years. It has definitely been one of my best decisions.

Where do I even begin?! My son has been attending Kidstrong Annapolis for over 2 years now. His confidence, knowledge, leadership, athletic abilities, social skills and more have grown thanks to the fantastic coaches and staff at this location. He is involved in other sports and activities during the week but Kidstrong, by far, is his favorite. I can’t tell you enough the trust I have put in the coaches and leadership including Dione, Danielle, Trinity and many more. Even with groups of 8 kids or more, I feel like they manage to give individual attention to each child when needed. They are one of a kind rare people that managed to all work in the same place together and their operation is sensational. I highly recommend this place for your child and these coaches and staff deserve great recognition for the heart they put into Kidstrong
