I never EVER write reviews, but this experience was worthy of one. Visiting from DC and got a dip manicure and regular pedicure with Ty…she was absolutely meticulous, took such care to make it look perfect, and I had the least “bulky” looking dip manicure I’ve ever had. I usually don’t do dip often for that reason, but if I could go to her every time, I’d drop gel and never look back. The pedicure chairs were also really new and comfortable. Definitely recommend and try to book Ty!

My partner and I came here while we were visiting from out of town. I’m surprised by the stellar reviews because we got a totally different experience.
Firstly, the staff are very nice. That was basically the only thing I enjoyed about this place.
My manicure and pedicure were not done well. Parts of my nail were just not painted. When my nail tech asked if I wanted to cut my nails, I said yes, and then he started clipping without asking what shape I wanted (I also forgot to say I wanted to keep them the same almond shape). My toes were cut unevenly. My cuticles were a mess and they started to bleed.
All of the photos were taken less than 24 hrs after having the services done. My partner also got an additional massage for $18 and said it was really half-assed and a waste of money. Will not return.

I walked in for a quick manicure and they were very fast. My technician checked to make sure i liked my color before proceeding, and gave me a water - super accommodating and a great environment!

The salon was quaint but accessible - I stopped by without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon and was penciled in immediately. I thought the prices were a little high if you wanted anything but a normal pedicure, but it’s downtown Annapolis, and the service was worth it. Hope to be back again!

My husband and I don't get pedicures very often. We are very happy we chose this place to go to. They were very friendly and did not make us feel rushed at any point. We got the middle package and we definitely left feeling like we got pampered. The price is expensive, but in my opinion, it is worth it. Highly recommend.

One of the best experiences of manicure, ever. Proper technique, sterilization and decorum. I’m impressed and you will be too. The only drawback - and it’s small - is that there’s no place to park, but I was able to sneak a spot that the manager, Gary, selected for me. Too kind! Tony, who did my nails was a peach and never spoke unless addressed. I like that in a professional who’s serving me, as I, then, don’t need to make conversation with someone I don’t know…If you come here, be prepared to be wowed!!!

Really bad manicure. Poor cuticle tidy, poor filing - each hand a different shape and excess gel product so it was very bumpy. Painting was also very untidy around all edges. I was mortified to say that I didn't like them :( I wouldn't recommend.

Worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. My technician did not know what he was doing, broke three of my nails after I told him how fragile they were, and was aggressively filing them. I had one broken nail, and I told him how tender it was and he nicked it 4 times. He did not know how to cut cuticles and was standing up and shaky the entire time. I had to get up in the middle of getting my gel removed and didn’t even feel comfortable with him applying gel/filing. I offered to pay for the gel removal and filing and he told me I didn’t have to. I think he was aware of how bad of a job he was doing.

I liked it at first, but over the 10 years this salon has existed its gone steadily downhill. Its not cleaned thoroughly (there was debris and accumulated dirt under the drying station showing clear signs its not deep cleaned periodically and someones used cup in front of my face). the tech tried but made the most enjoyable part of a pedicure painful. Stroking my feet like a male organ isn't pleasant. putting so much pressure on the front of my shins that it hurt and when i expressed this, diminishing the pressure to make it just un-enjoyable.

Showed Holly a picture and she helped me find the right colors for a change up of the the original. She was able to do her own twist of the design and did a stellar job AND she was quick. (Dip base with a gel design)

Absolutely wonderful nail salon!! They are extremely competent in their skills and they're so so kind and accommodating. Their prices are reasonable for downtown annapolis, albeit a bit pricy for nails, but they make up for it with their skills and hospitality. Holly usually does my nails, and she's extremely good at tailoring to my outrageous requests. Great salon for alternative nails!! I cannot stress enough how amazing this salon is. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would. Hands down the most satisfied I've ever been with any business <3

I came in for a gel mani pedi today, the mani was fine - my nails are a little weirdly shaped but they're my natural nails and they weren't all the exact same length so that's not their fault. The tech who did them was quiet but kind and the color is even which is wonderful for only using 2 coats! My disappointment is with the pedicure. *** EDIT, The owner messaged me and let me know to come in and they'd fix my nails. He took his time and got all the polish out from between my toe nails and the skin and did a wonderful job. I felt like they really cared and wanted to make sure my nails looked great for my friend's wedding. So glad they were able to fix the problem and get toes back on track! Changed to 5

Busy shop, so best to make an appt. Holly has done my mani/pedi for years now, and I always leave happy. I have been getting the mani builders gel lately. It lasts for a month without a single chip. Regular pedi always lasts a month. She is consistent and thorough in her technique. It's definitely worth the $$.
