I would leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve been here a few time because my doctors sends my labs here. This is one of the worst labcorp I’ve ever been to. Im sure the phlebotomist who drew my blood had no idea what she was doing. I’ve never had a problem drawing blood and I left there with a hematoma on my arm with my vein popping out for a few hours. It’s been 3 days and my arm is still bruised.

Terrible service at time of appointment & with labs results.
Bruising for 3+ weeks & my doctors still haven't gotten the results back yet for simple blood work.
I plan to talk with the regional manager. This place needs to be shut down!

Do not bring your baby here! They poke my son 3 times and cant draw blood on him i ask them why they got to do it 3 time and did not get any blood samples and i explain to them
My son got heart issues and the lady kimberly
Laugh at me like my son issue is a joke i dont know why shes so cruel

Whew! The woman that primarly sits at the front desk is extremely — and seems to be consistently rude. It is evident that she does want to be there. 0/10!

Wish I saw the reviews. Place is a joke. Had appointment took then 1.5 hours to even get to it. So slow for just putting tires on...not even alignment was needed. Avoid this place. Only thing good is the cashier, he seemed cool.

Didn’t have iodine to clean instead of alcohol. So I left thinking they would contact me once they had iodine. Never heard from them. Stopped by a week later to see if they had purchased iodine. I was informed they would not purchase iodine. They refused to return the lab orders so i could go to another lab. Treated me with contempt.

I usually read reviews before I do business or buy anything. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews for this labcorp first. I would've never gone there. I took a star off for poor parking, the faulty app and kiosks that and no sign to show that LabCorp is located in this big building. Staff was friendly (to me) and my blood was drawn with no problem. No wait time after arguing with the kiosks.

So many things to critique, how about overall cleanliness for starters...needs a lot work. OBTW clean up the blood mark hand print outside the entry door on corner! After scanning my insurance and license the machine had me checked in on the waiting room monitor. When called back I was told they had to rescan my info...Which is odd because the kiosk machine should've alerted me, and usually one cannot proceed t the next screen...strange? Staff acts like they're catatonic, they just didn't look happy being there?! My lab order was for ONE vial, half way into the second draw, the tech says, "oh wait, my bad".I will NEVER go back to this location or perhaps any Labcorp. Need to see what else my insurance will accept (Quest?). Hope your experience is better than mine.

This location of LabCorp provides consistent two star client service. I do like the self check-in machines. Although I was called back to be served, another client walked up and the lady waiting on me stopped waiting on me to log in another client. When I brought this to her attention she of course stated that there was malicious intent by serving someone else first.I'm not drawing any conclusions why she stopped to serve the other client however, biased behavior is never appreciated.

I was a little hesitant to bring my 2 year old to this Lab Corp based on reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The woman who checked us in was very professional, courteous and kind. Our phlebotomist was patient with my 2 year old and had no issues getting his blood (he’s normally a hard stick). Overall I recommend this lab to any mother who needs to bring their children in. I will definitely return for future bloodwork.
