Adding that I called and spoke with the manager and asked her if she had any belt bags left. She said yes but only 2 more and if I don’t see them to check with her and she’d look in the back. I arrived EXPECTING them to be sold out so not to be disappointed. when I arrived there were no bags understandably so. I asked Nathan if he could check in the back he said no. I said ok I’ll speak with the manager (which should have just been my first move) but I expected that everyone be trained with the same level of customer service.I asked the manager who remembered me from the phone. She said we’ve likely sold out on the floor but let me check in the back. Fine if you do fine if you don’t. Well she had 1 left ! I walked back up to Nathan who was now on the register and checked out.Also adding that I live in the area and I spend a lot of time in this mall Nathan is ALWAYS rude. Lol - don’t believe me? Stop by yourself ask for Nathan and note he’s the only one with an attitude.

I went in to the Annapolis Lululemon yesterday morning. No one said a word to me. I buy most of my Lululemon online and will occasionally purchase items from this store. Do better Lululemon!

My nephew gave me a very nice vest for Christmas - but the size 6 - which is my normal size - was way too small. So, not being real familiar with Lululemon, I took it back to exchange it for a bigger size....and was shocked to find that I took a size 10!! Ok, I got over that and it did look nice on me, but honestly I would never spend $148 for a vest... I'm older and a wee more conservative with my money but I still appreciated his generosity. However when I took it to the register to exchange the woman told me I would have to pay my nephew's military discount he used to buy the vest - WHAT???? Terrible customer relationship/satisfaction - I was shocked. She seemed not caring at all about my concern.... I was just exchanging one item for the same item but in a different size... there was a long line so I just paid the $19+ and left knowing that I would never frequent this store again.

I CANNOT THANK THE STAFF at LuluLemon for helping me last minute for a yoga retreat!! Alex, you are absolutely an angel, you are patient, in tune, and so engaged in the process of helping me find the best fit! All the employees were exceptional at helping me! I felt I had a personal fashion team! I do not do Yoga, and had not bought clothes in ages from Lululemon. I was lucky enough, due to my poor planning to get to the nearest mall. I finally found so many amazing items due to the staffs help, that I'm ready to do yoga again, or just wear Lululemon!! Thank you for everyone for an incredible experience!!

Lululemon Annapolis is an awesome store! The manager donated tops, shorts, and socks for the pacers at the Annapolis Striders 10 mile race this year. I wore metal vent 2.0 and shorts and they were amazing. The store staff is super friendly and helpful.

I had the best shopping experience in store with Asmaou! I'll be honest, the last few times I have come into Lululemon in annapolis I have been not greeted, or blown off by the sales staff. Tonight however I came in and the vibe was completely different. Asmaou was by the dressing room and helping to train a new associate. I was blown away by how positive and helpful she was while multitasking. Then at the register I had another great experience with a guy I didn't get the name of (educator # 99994000116633 from my reciept ) who helped pick out pants, recommended a backpack I ended up buying, and then informed me and my partner of a discount we didn't know we were elgible of. Overall great experience and really made me more likely to come back in the future!

I stopped in Today to see if they had any of the Blissfeel Running Shoes in stock, specifically the Mink Berry/Pink Parfait/Light Vapor option. The associate that greeted me (her name was Dallas), actually had them on! I was wearing the Silver Drop/Alpine White option, which I love - and have been stalking the app since the launch trying to get this second pair with no luck. She looked up which stores had them and ended up calling a store in CA and ordered them for me…She truly made my day! I honestly have a great experience every single time I shop in the Annapolis location. Lululemon, you have a customer for life ❤️

Rudest and snobbiest girls work there. I hope their manager read this. I came in and asked if they did repairs on their yoga pants (saw online they did). The girl gave me the 3rd degree about how I should and should not be using my yoga pants. Told me they didn’t do any repairs so Idk why she asked me so many questions, if she knew from the beginning that they “don’t do repairs.” Also, the employees openly talk bad about customers right after and in front of other customers. I will go out of my way to buy from the Lululemon at the Columbia mall. Much nicer women unlike the teenage girls they hire at Annapolis.
