Terry and Xavier rock at this location!! They went up and beyond for me and helped my contractor get the wood needed for my dining area. Everywhere else, it was discontinued, so Lumber Liquidators in Annapolis was my last hope!! Recommend without reservations!!

After ripping out my carpet, I searched everywhere for the right flooring—Home Depot had nothing that worked, and at Floors & More, no one offered help and they wanted to charge me for shipping.
Then I walked into LL Flooring and everything changed.
Xavier greeted me at the door and went above and beyond. He showed me samples, helped me color-match beyond my original pick, and walked me through every step of the order process—double-checking everything. They even set up free shipping for part of my order.
I left a purchase behind in-store and when I came back, it was still there waiting. They even called when the rest of my order arrived. Matthew helped me with pickup, found everything quickly, carried it to my car, and was incredibly polite.
After 20 years in customer service, I’m blown away. This is the kind of experience we’re all craving these days.
Happy to have spent my money here—and the only thing that would keep me from coming back is if they don’t give those guys a raise.

Xavier was extremely helpful trying to find a specialty shoe molding I needed a specific gray. He searched through several boxes to locate the shoe molding. Once he helped me to locate and a shoe molding. Then he was very helpful and explained the ordering process because there was not enough shoe molding in stock. Arrange for the shoe molding to be delivered to my home. When I walked in the store, Xavier welcomed me to the store by asking how may he help me. I explain what I was looking for he showed me the options of flooring to give him a reference to find the color of my shoe molding. Being a manager, myself its employees like Xavier that represent businesses well to keep the doors open because customers are happy and respected by sales reps like Xavier!
Xavier keep up the great work!!!

Whatever this place is called now doesn’t matter. Do not go here for business. I went to this store during a sell off to buy some flooring. I purchased almost 4,000$ worth of the flooring I needed and was told that it was in stock. I’ve been waiting on the shipment to come in for 3 weeks now only to get a call on the day that they were supposed to be here and told that the flooring was over sold. And also they did the same thing to a friend of mine after he paid. Then I was told by the salesman that there is no one to cal. And that the person’s that told him to tell me that he has no number for. So you’ve had my money for almost a month and now you want to refund me without even being able to speak to anyone in upper management. The purpose of the sale was to get customers in the store to buy other stuff that wasn’t on sale!!! Please please don’t give LL flooring or lumber liquidators your monies!!!!!!

Great service by Brianna! Extremely pleasant to work with and not pushy in the least bit. I wasn’t able to buy this time but I will definitely return when finances allow.
