Wow, when it comes to customer service, these guys rock. Got to work with Tiana and Josie on picking out the perfect makeup refills. Its why I LOVE MAC. So helpful and took the time to explain what needed and how to use.

I was about to leave and give one star for the store but I am giving 5 because I got the help I needed from Yaritssa. I got in and asked one lady there about a specific color of lipstick and she said we don’t have it anymore, I asked her if they have any other kind that close to that color she said no. I left the store very disappointed but I got back with the color on my hand and started looking for another one close to it, Yaritssa came to me and asked if I needed help and I showed her my old lipstick and I told her I want close color to it. She started helping me and checking out the colors with me on my hand till we found the closest one and I bought it. She is very nice and helpful and I am giving 5 stars just because of her service.

I love Mac cosmetics. I have been always having a hard time matching my right shade. Only till I went to the Annapolis store and Josie matched me with the right shade and the right foundation and concealer. Gosh, this girl should be recognized more for her hard work and compassion. She is amazing. I will be only going back to MAC because of her. Thank you Josie.

I didn’t get the girls name but I came in on the 27th of July and I needed help with my cut crease and she gave me good Information on where to start my cut crease and where to stop. With that information I been practicing and I will say I have been making progress thanks to her, I been doing make up for several years but I wanted to experiment, glad I did!

Lorenzo was amazing! I came in with no make up experience whatsoever and asked for help picking make up for my wedding. Not only did Lorenzo find perfect matches for my skin tone but I left with a make over to make sure it would be a look I’d love for my wedding day. It was beautiful! I can’t say thanks enough for the tutorial, patience and expertise we received.

I had an interview I was going to and I needed to cover a tattoo to increase the chances for the opportunity at hand. Dreama and another lady I believe by the name of Janeel helped me with the problem at hand , they were very welcoming which was very appreciated, very good service:)

I purchased lipsticks online during the National Lipstick Day to pick up in store. When I arrived I used the in store sample to test the colors I had never worn before and the didn’t work for me. They refused to let me exchange the ones and I didn’t like from my order for new colors and said I would need to return them and purchase the new ones at regular price! Ridiculous! Brand new, unused and I can’t exchange them? They never left the store! This should have been plastered all over the website during the sale so customers would only purchase colors they have worn before. I felt scammed! Needless to say I returned them and did not purchase the new colors! Is the LIP BAR line still in Target? I think I am going back!

My experience at this store was wonderful. I didn’t intend on asking to get my makeup done but I did! Ryan was extremely patient and helpful! She taught me new techniques for applying my makeup and made me look so beautiful! Jamara was wonderful too! I recommend this store to anyone who needs help to find the right colors and products for their skin tone! These ladies were great! They had no idea it was my birthday until I was checking out. They made my day and I love my new products!! Happy customer here!

The people who work at this store give customer service that is above and beyond. Particularly Sean. He color matched me perfectly and guided me to all the right products. Thank you Sean! I will be back to purchase make up from him in the future.

The employees here are so friendly and helpful! They are very attentive, listen to what your needs are and quickly find the right product to match your needs. I always feel so good after leaving this store which cannot be said about every beauty store.

Josie was such a huge help in a last minute situation. Her customer service was amazing and she clearly is very knowledgeable in the make up world. I don’t even wear make up that much but when I go to purchase my next product, I will be coming back to this location to visit her!
