We had a devastating loss of our living space due to a sump pump overflow. Not only did Brian and his team work with us to get our space back quickly, they also worked with the insurance company so that we didn't have to. They were also reasonably priced and efficient! We will be using them again to update our kitchen and upstairs bathroom in the future.

From the first contact with one of the workers I knew that this company was going to be amazing. The gentleman (Carlos)that came to look at the roof immediately told me where the leak was before I could tell him. I had many questions due to me being a new home owner and the owner of the company (Brian) and Tony did not disappoint me or got frustrated. They went into thorough details with everything that was going to be done to my roof. They took pictures and videos from start to finish of the roof. My roof looks amazing and I am overall happy that I went with Madrids Contracting to get my roof fixed. Thank you to the amazing team Carlos and Gabriel, Tim and Derek for an amazing job.

I had damage to my kitchen where the prior contractor took short cuts. I interviewed several contractors to fix this problem, but Madrid's contracting had the most complete solution. I soon learned that my kitchen was the start of the things that needed repairing. My roof and deck also needed attention. The final total on the contract IS THE FINAL TOTAL (unless you ask for extra work). He had ideas and shared them with us which helped turn our project into what it is now. His workers are courteous, professional, and clean up after themselves. The work they do is spot on. I know this is supposed to stay just business but during the process, my wife's sister passed away. Mr. Madrid was kind and compassionate. He worked with us during our time of grief. Even though he had other projects, he scheduled us when WE were ready. Madrid's Contracting is one of those companies you will call years down the road for your next home renovation. Would I recommend them? Yes, Highly.

Brian and his team renovated one of our bathrooms and added a shower to our second bathroom plus a new closet. His team did excellent work in a very expedient manner. He uses quality materials and has excellent craftsmanship. He communicates well and works with you to make your vision come to reality. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Madrid’s Contracting renovating a double closet into a full bathroom and creating a new walk-in closet. Brian worked closely with us in the planning, considering our needs and requests and pivoting seamlessly when the job required it. Everyone on his crew was respectful of our home. We are very pleased with the work. His crew are true craftsmen from the tile work to matching existing wood tones on floors and doors. We are planning additional work and will definitely hire Madrid’s Contracting again.
