Went in to see if I could obtain an inspection, so I can transfer my tags back to Maryland. Asked if it was possible to get an inspection. Grumpy old man said I could leave my car, but it would take hours. Asked if I could wait in lobby, and was told no. Asked if I could make an appointment. Was told no. Fat, grumpy old lady yelled at me. When inquiring about company later, was told that this company always finds repairs that need to be made to pass inspection. Was told the owners are NOT honest and ALWAYS act like jerks. Look for an inspection company with good ratings.

Rude lady at the front desk was trying to talk to me like I was her puppy (probably confused me with one of those people they towed their car unwillingly) Anyway the useless mechanics at the shop charged me $386 for basically tell me that they can't figure out what's the issue and they can't fix it. Great business clowns

I used Marc Bowen originally to get my state inspection done. I shopped around the repairs but they were the most cost effective and I appreciated their thoroughness and honesty. I have taken other car there as well for what could have been more because I didn't know the exact issue, but they were very communicative, honest and quick. I recommend calling ahead to see their scheduling if you are concerned about how long you will be without their car.

Horrible & frightening experience. Owner Marc Bowen charged my 76 year old mother for a repair that lasted only a couple of days. When she brought the car back to ask him to fix it, he became enraged, told her to take it to the dealer, to never set foot on his property again, and then threw cash at her saying "you obviously need it more than I do." When my mother began to cry & explain that she did need the refund & was a widow, this bastard said, "I'm not surprised you're a widow." She drove away shaking & in tears. Stay away from Marc Bowen and his towing & gas station. He's mean, abusive, and bad news!!!!
