I had a massage with Shakara today and she was absolutely amazing! I have been in pain from my job and she really helped to work out the areas I’ve been struggling in pain with. She really cared to help and is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. She even showed me what to stretch to help me in the future. Great experience and can’t wait to go back.

Message therapists are all wonderful. Management and the customer service - terrible 0/5. Quick to take your money but horrible with management and accommodating the customer. Warning - no notification at all when your contract is about to end and they automatically renew. Manager never came on phone to help or return phone calls. Never came to front desk. Left the front desk person to figure out schedule. We got canceled and rescheduled several times because of their issues with not having enough massage therapists BUT when it came to trying to reschedule and extend our contract the answer was a non empathetic, indifferent and cold no. Horrible horrible horrible. I would never recommend Annapolis branch.

I was with then for several years, I moved to Texas and attempted to get my membership moved to the nearest location. I was having to pay an extra fee to use credits at the new location (2 hrs from me). So I had them put my account on hold while it got worked out. They canceled my membership and didn't mention that my $988 in membership credits would disappear if not used in a certain time frame. The manager hung up on me when I was trying to get the email for corp and a call from the owner. Now they refuse to take my call. Thieves in capable of or unwilling to give customer service despite having already taken my $. I wanted to bring my mom and I in for Christmas while I was home. Now it'll just be one very upset and bored retired disabled veteran bc when you show cowardice on the phone I expect you to do the same to my face.

My 90 minute massages with Liz every month is very important to my well being! She is awesome! Liz knows all my trouble spots very well. She works them all out especially those boulders in my shoulders and sometimes, I feel a little taller when I leave. Yay, Liz! Thank you!!!!!

I have been to massage envy locations literally across all corners of the country. I just spoke with Nylah today who went above and beyond by assisting my relocation to Annapolis as my "home base". I had no idea of the "secret benefits" of having a "home location" vs. just going from one location to the next. She literally called Las Vegas to expedite the process, even though she is alone at the desk today. My therapist: Awesome! Out of all of the ME locations, she is the first to truly understand what is going on with my body, why I need a massage therapist, and help me fix the entire problem! Smart!! NOW why I took off one star. The Manager is no Manager. She has no customer service skills. She has been the only place in the country to incur an up charge at this location for not being my "home base". Ps I've been to the Hollywood location and several NY. And who puts one person on to run a Sunday when clearly the phone calls are rolling in along with a packed customer base? Shame on you, lady! All being said, I'm happy to make this my new home base, but it's understaffed and getting an appointment is worse than a good doctor's office.

Sam/Samantha gives an amazing massage. She has a sweet spirit and very caring. I went in really stressed and within a few minutes I felt peace and calm!

Getting an appointment at this location has become next to impossible. I’ve been with ME since 2012 and this is the hardest it’s ever been to book an appointment. I was told I would receive a call when my massage therapist opened her schedule up. Twice now I received no call and got a lame “I’m sorry” from the front desk. I wouldn’t recommend opening a membership if you haven’t as it is impossible to get an appointment. It’s about time I cancel my membership as well.

The therapists are fine, however I can NEVER get anyone on the phone to schedule appointments. I ended up canceling my membership. Have 60 days to use credits (11 of them) but they have no availability for another 3 weeks which takes almost half of my time to use my credits. I’m so beyond irritated.Edit: they called back and have repetitively put me on hold when trying to schedule my remaining credits. It’s incredibly frustrating. Have now been on the phone for over 20 minutes. Then told the location can’t book more than 4 at a time.

I used to love this place. Now getting an appointment with a massage therapist that fits your needs is impossible. You can no longer book a month in advance. The appointments fill up the moment they open up the schedules. The front desk has told me twice I would receive a call when the massage therapist I see opens her schedule. I never received the call and I got a lame "I'm sorry." I've been going to ME since 2012 and this is the worst it's ever been trying to get an appointment. I wouldn't waste your time opening a membership with any ME locations around the Annapolis either either as they are all hard to get into.

If you are having trouble getting appointments and your balance keeps increasing maybe you should file a complaint to the Maryland Attorney General. You know there are no refunds stated on the contract. I feel used because I help them out during the pandemic and now they cannot service me with a massage. The company wants to charge me a fee to suspend payments. I feel trapped and used! The only way to change how poorly we are treated is have numerous consumer complaint against them to change this situation. The Maryland Attorney General's web site to file a consumer complaint is:
