Chuck was wonderful. I told him what I would like and what I wanted to spend. He stayed right on that level and explained to me the pluses and minuses of each of the mattresses. I was going to go to one other mattress store but I felt Chuck was informative and honest.So, I came back and made the purchase from Chuck.
