This is my second transaction with Mercedes of Annapolis. I started my deal communicating with Chris Cole. When we came in for our appointment, Chris warmly handed us over to Casey Duffy so that he could finish a transaction for another customer. Our entire experience was seamless. Casey took great care of us and answered all of our questions thoroughly and went truly out of his way to make sure that we drove out of the lot happy customers. I know this is the Mercedes way, but to have every detail nailed down solid repeatedly speaks volumes for this dealership. I love my car, thank you again!

Chris Perkins was amazing through the whole process! From helping me pick the right vehicle for me, to working through the purchase process. Chris made it quick and painless while also giving me a ton of great information about my car. The staff of MB of Annapolis was very pleasant and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back for future purchases!

I have been working with Alexander Clothier for my basic routine maintenance checks and any repairs. Alex has always been professional on every level. Alex will always keep you informed what is going on with the repair and/or maintenance. He gets the full break down from their mechanics so you know exactly what is going on with the repair or preventative maintenance process. It is nice to do business with a professional like Alex.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Mercedes Benz Annapolis and I feel compelled to share my story. I ordered a GLS 63 in 2021 for a whopping $160,000, specifically requesting the addition of heated third row seats. However, I discovered that the right seat in the third row would not heat up. Naturally, I took it back to the dealership, expecting a quick resolution.Little did I know that my patience would be tested over the next few months. Mercedes Benz Annapolis insisted on involving a German technician to fix the issue, resulting in multiple back-and-forth trips to the dealership—three to five times, to be precise. To make matters worse, each time they returned the car to me, not only was the interior in a shockingly dirty state, but other problems due to their oversight.However, this was just the beginning of the nightmare. When I received the car, I noticed that the door panel had not been properly reattached. They rectified this oversight but soon after, I began hearing strange noises emanating from the headliner.Despite my efforts to convey the problem, the dealership dismissed my concerns, accusing me of fabricating the issue. It was only after several visits that they finally acknowledged the noise. They then informed me that a new headliner would need to be ordered from Europe, resulting in an additional month-long wait. Exhausted and frustrated, I dropped off my car once again, hoping for a resolution.Today, when I returned to pick up my car, the situation reached new levels of disappointment. Not only had they failed to reattach the side door panels, but there were also cuts on the headliner. To top it off, they couldn't even properly put a light back. It felt as if they treated both me and my car as disposable, showing a complete lack of respect. I have never encountered such problems when it comes to service, even with much cheaper vehicles I have owned.I wasted an immense amount of energy and time dealing with Mercedes Benz Annapolis. Instead of enjoying my luxury car, it spent more than three months at the dealership for repairs during the two years I owned it. I purchased the car to drive, not to constantly deal with repairs. I am utterly disappointed with Mercedes Benz and their abysmal service.Based on my harrowing experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their decision before dealing with Mercedes Benz Annapolis. The level of customer service I received was simply unacceptable, and I regret ever choosing this brand.

My wife and I narrowed our search down to the specific car (and features) we wanted. Though 2 hours away, we found the potential car at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. I called and spoke to Mia. She was very responsive and professional... No BS sales pitch. I wanted to see the vehicle the very next day and she came in on her off day to accommodate me. Thanks to her help and professionalism, I had a new car within 24 hours that my wife and I love! :)

I had a great experience with Mia Castle of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. From the time I checked availability of the car I was interested in until the time I left with my new vehicle, she was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had and there was no pressure to purchase once I got there. I love the car and the experience with the finance gentleman Mr. Allen was very pleasant as well. It was a pleasant experience and I got the car I wanted! Work hard, play even harder! Thank you both!

Wonderful purchasing experience! My daughter was looking for a specific Mercedes model and found it online at this location.After calling to verify availability, she met salesman Jeffrey Sunstrom who happily answered a few questions but in return DID NOT pressure her for contact info, ask how soon could she come in or say you need to hurry because I have someone else interested in that same car.My daughter and I (whom I coached through her 1st official car purchase alone) decided to go in person and check the car out. We requested Jeff upon arrival and he greeted both of us calmly, very friendly and professionally!In short, Jeff helped my daughter get the car SHE REALLY WANTED! He gave us a tour and was honest in the sense of again explaining what was available, what financing options were available and pretty much what the overall process would potentially be. He never deviated and everything he spoke on stood.We did a test drive and he gave an A-Z rundown of the car features. Upon returning, my daughter was very satisfied and wanted to move forward with purchasing.Jeff proceeded and during the application process we had the pleasure of also meeting and working with the Business Manager Larry who sealed the deal.I cannot say enough how appreciative we are to have experienced such a peaceful and happy car purchase! Totally painless process from start to finish and we felt like valued customers!I would definitely recommend this location for business. I’m sure anyone would be equally good even though Jeff is cool!

Excellent experience from the day we walked into talk with Casey Duffy in sales about a Mercedes-Benz vehicle - with ongoing great communication via texts / emails / phone calls - all the way through to delivery of our superb beautiful vehicle - a 2022 GLC 43 AMG SUV in Cirrus Silver. This included initial training from Casey on everything about the vehicle including it's state-of-the-art advanced technical features and remote operation using my Iphone, the Mercedes me app, etc. He did a superb job educating me on our new vehicle quickly and thoughtfully / thoroughly. I have never had a better experience buying a car. A++++++. Highly recommended.
