Great customer experience with fast and efficient car repair and service! Bryan is super professional and was very honest with me about what my mini really needed. He was able to get me in and out as well!

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory due to unprepared vehicles advertised online. Multiple trips were made, wasting time negotiating for a vehicle not ready for sale.

Horrible service! I went there on Friday to get my tire looked at because it was flat. There was a screw in the tire. I waited for two hours and paid for the tire. Only to get home and the same tire, that was supposed to be fixed, was flat. I left a poor review and was told I would get a call. No one called. I called myself today and they told me I would have to come in again and wait for them to fix what I already paid them to fix. They would not provide a loaner. I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to voicemail. This place is horrible! I just want my money back at this point. I will go somewhere else that isn’t running a scam.

This place is absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. We made an appointment to see a used mini after talking with the salesperson about it all weekend. We drive over an hour to get there just to be told right when we walk in the the car was sold. They were horribly impolite about the situation!! We brought cash and were ready to go and they sold it right before our appointment with no heads up!! Furious!! Didn’t even have any other options close to it for us to look at, just sent us away. completely unacceptable. Save your time, money, and dignity, go somewhere else.

Had a great experience buying my first mini recently! Christian was awesome, and checked in on us while we browsed options. He made sure to let us know all the deals going on and answered all of our questions. He went through our finances with us in depth so we knew what we were agreeing to and felt confident buying. It was truly a pleasure buying with Mini of Annapolis! Thank you Christian and team!

I chose to drive an hour to Annapolis instead of going to a much closer MiniDealer because of Christians kindness and attentiveness. As a woman you’re often told to always take your husband, your dad, a male friend with you to the dealer. I am so happy to say that working with Christian and the finance team, not once did I feel like they were treating me any differently or that I was being taken advantage of- they went through the paperwork with me and made sure I understood everything; and respected what I wanted and did not want. They were very respectful and kind and no bad stereotypes of the “car salesman”. I would come here a hundred times over and refer all my friends and family. Thank you! You’ve for a great salesman and person with Christian!

Always a good experience at this service department. I love the fact they have late morning appointments. You can do everything on lineThe waiting area is stylish decoratingSend you a text message when your car arrives in the service area and a link where you can watch your car being repaired. And they wash and clean your car - BRAVO

Had the best experience! The technician sent me a video with voice over describing the problem. The front desk person print out the issues and it included the priority level of each so I could make an informed decision about when to address them. While I waited there was tv and WiFi and an area to work if needed. But because the work was done so efficiently, I was out of there in time to make it to my first meeting of the day. Will only be going back here for my Mini Countryman’s service needs.

Mid-day today, I experienced a sudden drop in engine power in my 2015 Paceman, during acceleration. Without hesitation I drove to MoA, unannounced. I had no scheduled appointment, so pending the diagnosis, I was prepared to leave it for repair. My advisor, Corey, said that it could be a while before it would be seen. I understood and agreed to wait.Amazingly, about 45 minutes later, I received the technician's video report of the diagnosis and recommended repairs, and upon approval, I was back on the road 45 minutes later!I can't say enough about this dealership. I own two different MINI models, and the service I receive from MINI of Annapolis makes my ownership experience, EXCEPTIONAL!!

From scheduling to getting my key after my yearly maintenance, my experience was pleasant. I’m very satisfied with the time I spent while waiting for my MINI. My service advisor, Bryan, listened to my concerns and answered my questions when I checked in. About 20-30 minutes later, he personally let me know results of my tire wear inspection and texted me link to video. I liked that. Bryan had an estimate for new tires at the ready for my information. I appreciate him advising that I replace the tires before winter weather. Later, he let me know about my front brakes that needed replacing. When my MINI was finished, Bryan found me in the show room talking to Christian about a new MINI or BMW X3.

Thank you Lindsey (sp?) in the MINI sales department. I stopped in today to get some help with my (new to me) MINI. Even though I didn't buy the car from MINI of Annapolis, you were kind enough to sit with me in my car and give me some pointers about how to manuver around the touch screen. You were very kind indeed :o).

My experience with the BMW finance person was terrible. In buying out my lease he added a fee of $500 in the (voluminous amounts of) paperwork which was not part of the original lease agreement. When I asked about it he said, “Oh, my apologies” and then redid the paperwork. He clearly tried to slip this by me after making me wait 90 minutes just to see him. Very disappointing, as now I’ll never trust anything anyone from this dealership tells me.

I always bring my Mini to BMW/Mini annapolis for service. Today I had an emergency and just showed up because my battery died at I had to get a jump start at the gas station. I was afraid to go home and be able to start my car again, so I just drove to the dealership. They were going to close in an hour but still were willing to put my new battery in. Really appreciate them helping me with and always friendly and professional at that. This is the only place my Mini is going for service!

The service department is the worst at the Mini side. The BMW side is amazing. I'm not sure where to start. The fact that I drove back 3 times for pickup after they call me to tell me the car is ready for me to start the car and within 1 min see that my concern was not resolved. Or that the service advisor Bryan is rude. He apologized later, but the excuse he gave was that he was tired due to his 3 month old which I guess in his mind justifies being rude to customers. In the afternoon, he was on a personal video chat call while helping customers. He said my lights were out which they were not when I dropped off the car. He told me they replaced them at no charge, but my receipt shows a charge for 2 bulbs. What a liar! On the 2nd time I go to pick up the car, the shop opened late. I sat in the parking lot 5 past the hour wondering why nobody was there. Eventually they opened 8 mins past the hour, Bryan didn't acknowledge or apologized for opening late. Maybe it was his 3 month old fault again. If you need to bring your Mini in for service, do it on the weekend because the service advisor, Bryan, is not there and your will need to go to the BMW side for assistance. They are much more polite and customer friendly over there.
