I went to this store(store 173) and had the worst interaction with the manager Brandy. They had signs posted on windows and inside store that said 50% off everything. We proceeded to purchase a shacket and a New Era Hat. Brandy then stated that the hats weren’t included in sale. I asked for where that was stated and she said on the exclusion signs. We walked around store and she showed me 3 signs, none of which had New Era included. I pointed out that her point was invalid considering none of the signs said it. She then pulls out her phone to show us the signs that were supposed to go out, as if that mattered then complained that she worked until 2AM and made the mistake of not putting out signs. With all of that, she stillNever honored the correct price and therefore committed false advertisement. False advertising according to Wikipedia: False advertising is defined as the act of publishing, transmitting, or otherwise publicly circulating an advertisement containing a false claim, or statement, made intentionally (or recklessly) to promote the sale of property, goods, or services.[3] A false advertisement can be classified as deceptive if the advertiser deliberately misleads the consumer, rather than making an unintentional mistake. She told me she went to law school and this claim was invalid. I’ve reached out to corporate and will be following up to resolve this issue. I’ve attached photos of signs Brandy pointed out, none of which have New Era listed as excluded brand.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!! This store is awful. They have the worst clothes and THE WORST customer service. The manage needs to be relooked at and evaluated. The manager who had a botched bleach blonde hairdo is mega rude. He was literally trying to pick a fight with me in the store in front of 6+ people waiting in line to check out. Like dude learn some customer service skills. Please. This was a very unnecessary interaction that very easily could’ve been avoided if he actually knew how to do his job.

Heard the employees making jokes about me and they were very obviously smoking weed on the job. Stood waiting at the dressing room while they stared at me and said nothing. Asked if I could try on 3 shirts 40 minutes before the store closed and they told me no and were very rude for no reason

Went to buy something that was on the clearance rack that was marked down to 14.99 .cashier said they were on-sale for that price.charged us full price as she ripped the same price off.very rude.cashier 672739.

Mall was closing at 8pm. We got to store at 7:45 and they were closing the gate. I asked the girl if they were open until 8. She said yes but the store is messy and just closed the gate. Rude. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

I was told to wait since they were at max capacity, and when customers walked out, I did not see the employee nowhere near the front. He sure was folding clothes at the table in the back. Poor customer service. Employees have an attitude like they don’t want to be there and they don’t care to help you. Had to return a few items I purchased online and the employee dumped them in a bin with a mess of other returns so neither of us could even tell anymore what was and wasn’t mine to return. A top I brought in was in that bin and was never scanned for return - I didn’t realize it until I got home. Tried to ask someone on the phone if that top was left there - he didn’t seem to pay any attention to what I was asking and I’m not so sure he even tried to look to see if it was there. I am out $30 now because of this store. I can’t say I will ever shop here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.To note - I’ve even notice the clothing quality at PacSun has dropped significantly (hence why I came in to return things) and even the online customer service is poor and unresponsive.
