Paper Source is such a dangerous store if you’re like me who’ll buy anything pretty and sparkly and fun whether you need it or not. I could spend hours and hundreds in here. They’re all so beautifully laid out and things are grouped perfectly so you’re mesmerised by everything. From games to books to pens to beautiful wrapping paper to cards and everything in between, I honestly could just walk around for a half day and be fascinated by it all.The girl at this location was helpful and friendly. Their stock is pretty well priced and parking wasn’t too hard.I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who loves nice trinkets and bits and bobs.

I usually love the paper source stores, and I spend a great deal of money every time I go. Usually, when I go to the paper source store in Carytown, VA: they are so helpful and kind. Well, not at this store. The salesperson was so rude, maybe that is just her personality, but she has no customer service. When customers are ready to buy things, or they want to look around, but they ask the salesperson to preserve the paper. It should be a thoughtful conclusion to help the customer. Instead, she had a heap of an attitude. Hopefully, her day gets better soon, and she doesn’t treat other customers like this. It comes off as condescending and just plain rude. I was going to buy other things but immediately left after this purchase because of how disruptive her attitude was to my experience.
