So I don't usually review banks because it is not worth my time, but this bank deserves some attention. First, the employees in this place are totally tip of the spear in my opinion. My financial advisor Michael M. has constitantly given me solid advise that is helping me prepare for my furute retirement. I have never been told no or given bad service at this location. I will continue to use their expert services from now on.

What started as a decades-long relationship with a great regional NC based bank, that was well ahead of the curve technology-wise, steadily deteriorated when they were acquired by PNC. PNC rewarded my years of loyalty by inexplicably jacking up interest rates on credit cards when the other 2 banks with whom I do business were lowering them, randomly raising/lowering my credit limit, charging exorbitant fees, and randomly/sporadically putting a 10 day hold on deposits from my Canadian employer without any notice or explanation. They did all of this despite my dutifully paying them on time. They also did all of this while constantly spamming my email, sending me junk mail, and accosting me at the branch with introductory pre-approved offers of low cost/low interest rates on other banking products. Clearly their new customers get the good deals. Their longtime existing customers get the shaft.

I work for a business that needs checks deposited weekly. Every time I go into this bank I am greeted in a friendly manner and they make the process so easy. While I don’t bank with them personally, I certainly would.

I’ve been with PNC Bank for ten years. It was great at first. Terrible customer service. They say the will call you back and they do not. Apparently they do not care to retain customers. I am switching banks. I’ve had enough!

Nothing is simple or easy with this branch. Every time I visit they require an appointment just for the person who’s helping to let me know they aren’t knowledgeable in that specific area of banking and that i will need to come back. It’s extremely painful to jump through so many hoops and waste my time on items that should be fairly simple.

This branch has the worst customer service in America. I hated this bank because of the employees inside it. It is a group of ladies who do not know how to talk to customers. lack of taste Very bad service. I do not recommend this failed branch to anyone

Had a truly exceptional experience work with Michelle Conley she should be branch manager it took 4 months to get everything to go through because I had was going through a awful divorce she was just like she was my sister she took great care of us she called me everyday and worked so hard to get my loan pushed through because of all the craziness she is the best and I love her

This is not in my habit- if they had a zero I will rate PNC Zero. I am more than disappointed and frustrated with PNC their customer's service went down the drain for the past several years. I have been a member since 2013. I might not be your biggest client , I deserved to be treated with respect. I do not know if they have mechanical issues but the things I have seen on my statements have been outrageous- and no one is ever available to answer or solve the problems. I have been trying to reach the local Annapolis town center branch for the past 3 months. They have been taking down my name and number and never called me back. I not exaggerating PNC I could provide you my call log. My sisters had 3 business accounts with them but they have moved to a different bank and I'm about to do the same thing so disappointed .
