I had the absolute best experience at Kay’s in Annapolis mall. The associate Talia was everything a girl could hope for in creating a ring from your dreams into reality. She went above and beyond to help with the craft of my engagement ring a secret with my now fiancé! I was absolutely astonished by how gorgeous the ring came out in the moment of my proposal. I was so shocked I dropped the pumpkin I was holding (we were in a pumpkin patch doing photos hehehe!). If you want someone to help you create the ring of your woman’s dreams Talia is your girl! She’s the best and honestly most down to earth person I’ve ever met. She will take notes of every last detail you speak of in creating your ring. She’s extremely diligent to the point she tailors the ring exactly to the little things that makes the person you hold dearest. I’m absolutely coming again for more beautiful jewelry and her creative eye in beauty.

Coming into Kay’s today and my wife and I were greeted by Kierra. She was absolutely phenomenal!! She catered to what we needed cordially answered the litany of questions we had and I left more informed than I ever have in the 15+years of shopping at Kay’s.
We had a number of pieces that needed to be repaired and she thoroughly searched through years of purchases, merged duplicate accounts and to top it off, she was funny too. Thanks for the wonderful experience, being the best today and taking care of our valuable pieces! See you soon!
