Incompetent at best. Struggle with taking tires off, causing me to pay another $90 elsewhere just to get the old tire taken off and new tire installed. Also refused to install a new tire on another vehicle but said they could put it on the rim if we brought that in. This all happened around the same time, otherwise there is no way I would give them more business. This frustration is not worth the savings from the Sam's Club membership. They actively avoid having to do their job.

Overall bad experience. Came here to get winter tires placed in January. They got rid of tires I had on (with only 8k of tread on them, it’s practically a new car) and told me that I could not get these back when I came to pick my car up. I had my car serviced today (3 months later) and was told that two of my tires were placed backwards and now I have to pay to get these placed properly. And finally there is no option to drop your car early/drop box for service which is inconvenient for those of working regular house. Would not go back.

I needed 2 new front tires. When I got there they refused to just replace the front tires. They only replace rear tires apparently. I don’t know why they would be so rude and not just do what the customer is asking. I mean it’s my vehicle, right!? Anyway I took it to NTB and they were willing to help me out with no issues. Will be going there moving forward

Bought two tires for front, waited two hours the first customer of the day, they refused to put them on front axel, they messed with the rear axel instead. Of course they would never cover faulty work on an axel they had no right to touch to add insult the manager said my car was ready and the front tire he moved i forward against my wishes, has a nail!

Do NOT buy tires here!I bought a full set of new tires here due to the cost and the ability to take advantage of the tire's warranty being honored at any Sam's location. I ended up with a flat tire on one of my new tires (less than a year old) and brought it in to be fixed and was told that Sam's did not have those tires in stock, and that he had no idea when they would get those tires back in stock. He also said that my flat tire could only be replaced with the exact same tire, which wasn't in stock. This made my warranty essentially useless. While that was frustrating enough, he (the manager of the tire department) also informed me that the tires I had put on my vehicle were "not rated" for that type of vehicle! My biggest problem with that statement was that it was his department that ordered and then mounted those tires for me!! If the tires were the wrong type for the car, I would expect for a tire department to at least notify me of such during the order process or the installation process. I informed him of that and asked if there was anything he could do to help me out at all, like discount a similar tire or something . . . he shrugged and said he "really couldn't help me." Classic big box store treatment. Next time I'll just pay more and use a local tire shop that actually values my business.

If you go to the store physically SamsClub is fine.Delivery stinks.When I checked on the order they said I had refused order then it was not home. I think this store doesn't regulate its deliveries.

Over the past three weeks I have managed to get two flat tires, and wow, am I glad that my mother raised me as a Sam’s Club girl. The first time I came in, I was in a real pickle because extenuating circumstances meant that I wouldn’t be able to get my tire situation fixed for another week if I couldn’t get it done that day. Thank goodness Jason from the tire center was there and able to help me out, he got me in and out in two hours with a whole new set of tires! Three weeks later and here I am again after running over a bolt and this time Adrian was able to replace my tire in an hour and for no charge thanks to the premium warranty. The staff have been so friendly and helpful, the tires well priced, and the warranty so useful that I will be a Sams girl for life!

My best experience with the tire center, hands down!Mr. Mack was a breath of fresh air. He was very professional, effectively listened and communicated my options; addressed my immediate concerns and offered some helpful info about moving forward. Thanks Mr. Mack

Amazing service. Mac was super friendly and helpful, he patched our flat tire in under an hour on a walk-in. Get that man another raise. 100% recommend.

Second piece of plastic found in these macarons. The first time we brushed it off because mistakes happen but this is ridiculous & completely unsafe. Beware of buying the macarons. I'm not sure if there's more of it might've just been this batch.
