Always a nightmare experience...to get $100 in 10’s you must ask ATM for one $10.00 at a time....that equals 10 transactions....beyond frustrating...virtual tellers cannot give $10.00....ATM’s are frequently out of order...at Pasadena location you access virtual teller from foyer...so you are asking for a withdrawal of $500 in cash and there are people behind you hearing this...am I crazy or is this unsafe? My personal business being heard by anyone waiting to use ATM!...I give up...closing my accounts!!!!

Takes for EVER to navigate their phone prompts which are finally answered by someone who may or may not know answers to basic questions about theorLoans/products (for example, interest rate).Separately, I have a loan that they have been withdrawing extra to put toward the principle...except they have not been putting it toward the principle. The response from the associate was,“Can you prove this?!”My response was that they have the paperwork where I came in to set it up and that the have the record of their withdrawal UNBELIEVABLE

My experience with this branch was beyond amazing. I have been a SECU member since 2005. I have never be given the quality service I experienced from Kelly W. Garisto and her staff. I also must give credit to the telephone support manager Jhonaye, who helped me reach out to this branch for emergency assistance. They collectively helped turn my Saturday completely around as I was in a very tough position. I encourage doing business with this branch.

Was given incorrect information on the phone regarding paying off our car loan. Then came into office and teller did not disclose information that would have been helpful and solved the problem the incorrect information created. It’s a second rate institution all around, only good thing is I never have to go there again.Edit for a car loan: They “hold” the title for 10 days after you pay off the vehicle, this is standard. It then took 14 days since the 10 day hold ended, we still don’t have a lien release. You will wait over 30 days for proof of your ownership. We have called 3 different times about this and received new and incorrect info every time.Called for the 5th time to find out could have gotten the lien release they were supposed to send us in a branch location the day after the lien was released. Will see how that goes tomorrow. They also said they don’t know if the title has been sent to me yet or not and have no way of finding out. They hold your title for 10 days after you pay it off but are incapable of telling you where it is, if they have sent it, anything. Origination is very poorly trained.

Would never suggest getting a loan from this bank. They use third parties for insurance verification (that never contacted me, even though I sent my insurance to the bank) and they added $5000 to my vehicle loan without notification. My car payment doubled and I didn’t know it until 20 days after I paid my regular payment. Was then told it would take over two weeks for it to “process” and I had to make 2 over $1000 dollar monthly payments until it did so not to effect my credit.... And to think I was going to talk to them about a mortgage this coming year HA! Not a chance...

Hector was absolutely amazing! He helped my girlfriend and I open new accounts and offered much needed insight on credit lines! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was weary about leaving my current banking establishment but Hector completely hooked me and SECU is the way to go!

SECU Swindled my 75 year old mother who died in January 2018 into obtaining a 100K home equity line of credit, which had many hidden devious clauses. My sister who is the administrator of the Estate has made Multiple visits and phone call as she live out of town attempting to resolve all accounting with SECU.

I am totally frustrated with SECU. I have a problem I have been trying to resolve but for two months I have not been able to talk to a person. I can't get past the automated phone service and I am totally disgused with this type of service, especially since banking issues can potentially effect a person's credit.
