Would give zero stars if I could. Also would've written this while in the store if there was any Internet service. I placed an online order for in-store pickup for a quick in and out. First time in this location and the online pickup area wasn't marked in a way that people entering the store would see it. So I got in line. Two people in front of me also waiting, one being helped. There were THREE employees at the counter, two of the three appeared to just be having a casual chat while we all waited. The girl in front of me ended up leaving after waiting. When it was my turn, I was told I had to go to the online order pickup area and that she'd have an employee meet me there. I went. I waited. And waited. And waited. Went back to the counter, where once again, only one of the three employees were actually doing anything. I asked if someone was called because no one had come and helped me. She told me she would call again. Instead of just going and taking care of me herself of course. So I went back and proceeded to wait for probably 10 more minutes. As I'm standing there I see that there's not even a way for anyone to know if you're standing there waiting to pickup you order... No way to check in or hit a button to request for help. Finally someone came to assist me but had zero hustle whatsoever. Needless to say it would have been far quicker NOT to order online for in-store pickup and just go find it in the store myself and check out in the line. Will not return to this location.

I’ve been to this Sephora three times already and everytime I seem to expirience a rude associate. If you’re going to help fix your tone at least. They’ll be on break and ON THE FLOOR and get mad at you when you go up to them to ask a question, make it make sense. Store is messy as always and not even fully stocked 90% of the time. DO BETTER!

Low stock and unfriendly manager with purple hair. This location rarely has stock in the items that are popular or that you may want. An item may be listed as “ in stock” online but, often, when you show up to the store, it is nowhere to be found. The manager made a passive aggressive and rude remark about customers “ last minute shopping” to a group of customers and seemed to resent people coming into the store to make purchases an hour to two hours before closing. Repeatedly asking customers if they’re “ still doing ok?”… not because she was truly interested in helping ( she saw other employees helping) but, because she was trying to hurry customers out of the store. The attitude from the manager was ignorant, uncouth, and unnecessary and prevents customers from a pleasant store experience. The other employees seemed to stay out of her path as well. I will not be returning, Sephora has had way too many issues with employee behavior. Do better and hire people (managers included) who have patience, courtesy and the desire to help customers. The goal is to provide an enjoyable experience so that customers want to return not, harass and mistreat them hoping they won’t because, you don’t like your job.

I wanted to give this store 5 stars because I love the range of fragrances they have here that most don’t. I went here last night and the store was empty! There were I know about 4-5 ladies standing in the middle of the store talking. The cologne I wanted was in stock and $245 but guess what ?? Nobody came to ask me or my wife if we needed help. There was a lady in the back in the cosmetics area that wanted to assist us but she didn’t have the keys for fragrance. I left there and immediately purchased the cologne online in the parking lot. I’ll never be back but we waited a while for help or for someone to ask if we were ok or needed anything g.

I opened up one of my products today and the employee gave me the wrong concealer number . This was after many attempts to tell her what number I needed . I asked for G5 and she was looking all over for it . I guess she decided to give me what she had.So, now I have to drive back to exchanged it . This is an inconvenience for me and poor customer service on her part .I was very disappointed in the service given to me. I walked in asked for help with a product. The employee called for someone and nobody showed up as I still there . I saw an employee was right by me and I asked for help. She stopped and I told what I was looking . I didn’t the exact shade and asked her to look it up in my profile. She did , but wasn’t sure if the color. She told me a color and then I went to look for it and forgot what she said . I then asked her again, she called out a number . I looked at that color and realized it was too light for my skin tone. I called home and my son to read the box name and number to me. He did and I then proceeded to look in the draw for my color without help from a staff member. As I was looking for my item, an employee come by to a few people who look didn’t than me and asked if she could help them, gave them suggestions , her name and said “let me know if you need help” . I proceeded to pay for my items sand left the store . I’m very disappointed in the service and the lack of black makeup products at this location .

Went in today to look for a cleansing oil and there were unchaperoned children as young as 9 running throughout the store absolutely destroying all of the products. I couldn't find the product I was looking for so I decided to look at eyeshadow palettes- 3 Natasha Denona palettes were basically carved out! Sunscreen was smeared and sprayed all over the shelves?? The employees deserve better than this. Sephora you need to put an age restriction on sales (18+) and protect your employees from kids hopping on tiktok trends. It's unfair to them and shoppers who are of age and spend a lot of$$$$ at your stores. Really ruined a basic shopping trip.

Used to love this sephora location but now anytime I come the store is not stocked with products or the products are broken. There has been two occasions where I have purchased products then upon coming home, I open the package and find they are broken. Both times when I have done a return or exchange for said broken products, I have been met with bad customer service and attitude from the employees.

Returned an item today and the cashier acted handicapped. She stated that she was a supervisor but she held the line up and was not professional at all. She was impatient and made a scene having others think that I was causing the misunderstanding while she was incompetent. She called the manager up to complete the return because she couldn’t figure out how to complete the return. What a waste of resources… SMH.

I would love to be able to give 0 stars! Shopped at this Sephora location 12/28 approx. 3:19 pm and the manager on duty (whom I did confront), implied that my 15 yr old daughter was attempting to steal because she was carrying around her purse; which was holding her gift cards from Christmas and her debit card! Also, that she opened one of the bottom drawers that either an associate left open, or someone else opened. My child did not! She was looking at the rare beauty blush. That’s it! I 100% believe she thought that my daughter was there unsupervised, and she was quite surprised to find out she wasn’t!We have shopped at this store so many times, and never once has it been suggested that my child was trying to steal. She didn’t even want to buy anything afterwards. Sephora is her favorite store and she was bummed out to be treated that way.I really hope this isn’t how young teens are treated when they go into this store without adults.Rather than accuse innocent kids of stealing, how about actually managing your staff by stocking the shelves and cleaning up the store. It’s a mess!

This Sephora store located in the Kohls Store has horrible customer service . The ladies working behind the counters act as if they are bothered by you being there. I have reported the issue to customer service and they remain the same. Please don't waste your time going to that particular store inside Kohl's. I no longer will patronize their store.
