This location is super convenient for me but I will be canceling my membership because I’m frustrated of the older gentleman who works there who hovers. I come almost everyday but he always comes up and covers the scanner like I don’t know the drill by now. He never offers to wash my rims even if people ahead of me get their rims cleaned. He just makes a point to rush over and cover it every time. I’ve literally never jammed the machine up or anything like that. Very bizarre.

Touch free car wash is a rip off. Paid for the medium package and the was didn’t give me half the stuff on the list. Go to many of the other in the area.

We love this touch-free car wash! We have memberships for both our cars and come multiple times a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our first time coming to this car wash. The touch less wash was really convenient and worked well. Made our car nice and shiny! The staff was amazing and despite the unbearable heat, a super friendly gentleman offered to give us a little extra service and scrubbed our car. We live closer to the Crofton location, however we will be visiting both locations again! Thank you for the great experience :)

You can do it yourself or go through auto-wash. At the auto-wash the attendant will offer to wash your tires for you prior to entering the wash. The wash is brushless. They have vacuums some with freshener sprays, some with carpet cleaning options. The carwash as a whole is clean. The car wash offers a monthly membership for those looking for that. I believe it's also 24 hours not sure if there is an attendant there in the later hours--I myself haven't gone after 930 - 10 pm.

Using self-wash bay for first time was not user friendly. Went looking for attendant who eventually showed up. Said he couldn’t reset the timer for 5 minutes and suggested I put another $5 in to restart. More explicit directions could possibly help future first time users.

I go here all the time it's a great place I like the new card readers but I'm not a thrilled with their new pricing plan it always shuts off too soon I'd prefer if it just ran until I was done using it it cuts off at $16 and it does this weird thing like 20 seconds at a time when it comes towards the end so you really don't know how much time or where you're at

I recently visited WaterWorks in Annapolis, Maryland, and I have to say, it was one of the most incredible customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was fortunate to be helped by Alicia and Michelle, who went above and beyond to turn my day around.
When I arrived, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and having a rough day, but Alicia and Michelle completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They didn’t just show me the products I needed—they took the time to really understand my concerns and guide me through the best options. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made sure I felt confident in the choices I was making.
What stood out the most was how personal and caring their service was. They didn’t just treat me like another customer—they treated me like a friend. They came over multiple times to check in, answer my questions, and make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Their positive energy and genuine kindness made such a huge difference for me.
In today’s world, it’s rare to find staff who not only excel at their jobs but also truly care about the people they’re helping. Alicia and Michelle embody everything you could hope for in customer service—they’re knowledgeable, kind, and go out of their way to make your experience exceptional.
WaterWorks is lucky to have such incredible employees, and I can’t thank Alicia and Michelle enough for making my visit so memorable. I left feeling not only taken care of but also uplifted. I had a coupon from 10 years ago and the owner went out of his way to allow me to use it. Such great service and great quality. My car is still shinning from the wash. Highly recommend.
