A friend of mine highly recommended this place. I was so impressed after the 1st visit that I went back. The quality is exceptional. The nail techs are precise and seem to really care about detail, which I really appreciate. The salon is very clean and everyone is very friendly. My nails stayed shiny and chip free. I only went back after 2 weeks because I needed a fill. The gel polish is high quality and the most durable I've ever had before.

I was charged $76 for gel polish on natural nails (both hand & feet). Like just the polish.. Gosh! Is this normal or was I ripped off..

OVERPRICED for an alright service.
First of all, good customer service should be a company’s BARE minimum. It was my first and last time here. As soon as I walked in, I was stared at by everyone like they didn’t know what I was doing there. I asked for an acrylic soak off (mind you, the MOST I have EVER paid for a soak off w acrylic was $15) they charged me $31. I even called a nearby nail salon to ask how much they charged and they rated me $10. I just paid $31 for them to take off my acrylic. Not even a hand message or lotion, didn’t offer water or wine like most places. And even during the service my nail tech had let the chunks of nail hit me in the face and land in my hair. I turned my face hoping she would notice but this went on for all 10 of my nails, she continued to just let it fly all over instead of controlling the speed of the drill or acknowledging it. Even after all that and me trying to see if they could do anything about the price, they claimed “she took care of me” and that, bc they were downtown (which they aren’t), they justified their price. I guess It’s my fault for wanting a quick service by my house and not going to my regular place at the mall.

Ive been going to Sleek since it opened and will never go anywhere else. They always deliver great results and are friendly. Hannah can do any design you show her. Love sleek!!

I have been a client here since day! I have cheated a time or two, but was NEVER satisfied! Hannah and her team are amazing! I would also like to say I go every three weeks and I am very hard on my nails, and they NEVER CHIP! they use the best polish! I highly recommend Hannah and Hellen as they are my two favorites!

Appointments for four of us had to be rescheduled after flight cancellations and delays, but the staff was able to accommodate us and we all got to sit together. My pedicure included an essential oil foot and leg massage. The polish stayed on for a month -- fantastic!
Stylist: My stylist didn't talk much, but four of us gals were gabbing so that's understandable. Nice job on the polish: lasted a month!

I went in at 7:15pm on a Thursday and asked if I could get a polish. They closed at 8pm. The lady looked at me, looked at the other workers, then looked back at me. I just need a polish I repeated again. All I got was a look and no response. She didn’t even say you have to come back tomorrow at 10am. I simply got nooooo response so I left. They won’t get my business with that poor customer service!

Absolutely wonderful salon! I have been going at least 3 years (maybe a bit longer before the pandemic). Very clean, no chemical smells in the suite, large selection of colors, very attentive staff. Hannah is amazing for nail design and Kim is very good for dip.Services: Dip powder
