I have been a long time Sleep Number customer! This is my 5th or 6th purchase for multiple room or military moves. Two things at this stage of life matters a lot, feet/shoes and body/mattress. The Sleep Number bed literally assists with health through pressure relief and support. And as usual, Joanne who assisted with today’s purchase was phenomenal!! Demonstrated bed and app features , as well as adjustable base. I have had no bad experience with this company. Another amazing experience in the books!!

We had such a good experience working with Lauren in the Annapolis Sleep Number store. She greeted us immediately as soon as we walked in the store. Lauren made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed before she began to go into the details of the different mattresses. Lauren was very patient with us and answered all of our questions, and she helped us to make a decision on a mattress that fitted our needs. If you are looking for the perfect mattress, I recommen Lauren for awesome services.

According to my observation and experience, I found the staff very helpful and polite . Doctor is also very nice, friendly and professional with a wide experience in my (opinion) , I appreciate all the staff and doctors , as they are serving the mankind in a best manner
