Mel (Melicia) was the receptionist was very kind. I had been driving for many hours to get to Annapolis. She offered room options and I was appreciative of this. The studio apartment with office desk, kitchen, and in suite bathroom. It is very clean, well appointed and has all the amenities for an at home experience. Thank you, Mel for making my arrival so pleasant.

Nice hotel with large rooms. Complete with a small kitchen. Breakfast was good, and it changed a little each day. The problem with this location is that they charge $11 per day for parking. This was never mentioned when making the reservation or when checking in. I received the charge on my CC two days after leaving the hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will also consider not staying at other Sonesta locations because they may be doing the same.

I think the white male that comes in around 8-9 is very rude he does not like to do his job , he acts like he doesn't know how to do anything like put on the fire pit he says he doesn't know how to do it or he says its broken he's very unprofessional I do not like to talk to him if I have to he also works sometimes in the morning.

Good location with easy access to Landover Metro Park & Ride. Rooms were a bit rough needing some TLC - but the bed and sheets were comfortable. A bit scratchy on the towels and not a fan a the few ants we encountered scurrying about.

It's fine. The rooms are a little beat up, but clean and organized. This is an extended stay hotel, so they clean the rooms on a weekly basis. There's value here where you get a better sized room or multiple rooms for the same price of a single room at a bigger chain.

First time in a Sonesta, not impressed. People shouting until late. $7 parking fee for literally no reason, it's not the amount, it's the principal. Breakfast was poor choices, went elsewhere and spent money rather than their free option. Room itself was clean and decent, but pillows are terrible.

The room needs some upgrades. Carpet dirty and old. To accommodate 4 people a sofa/bed is used for 2 people to sleep. But the full kitchen is a plus.

Super clean, affordable, and excellent hospitality!! This place has everything-small gym, free complete breakfast in the morning (eggs, sausage, potato, pancakes, cereal, toast, bagels, juice, coffee), they allow dogs and have clean up areas with baggies. Our small room had fireplace, kitchen, and comfy bed. You can tell this company takes pride in their “suites” establishment. In a time when the economy is tight and prices are rising everywhere finding a place that balances quality and service without breaking the bank was awesome!! We need to see more hotels and places like this!!! BRAVO Sonesta ES Suites.
