We had an online issue getting our new phone activated. 4-5 hours and no results. They even somehow swapped phone numbers with my wife's phone , then deactivated hers which had no issues.We drove to the Annapolis Forest Plaza location.Dan greeted us, was polite and pleasant, AND resolved the matter in MINUTES!!!!.As his manager said " Dan is the man"....he certainly is...

The employee, Joe R, is a saint. His manager, other Joe, is not. My wife has been a longtime sprint customer, and convinced me to switch over. It did not go well. Almost 3 hours at the store, Joe R tried everything he could - asked every employee in the store for help, called the National support multiple times, tried several workarounds. Eventually one of the employees recommended he call Joe the manager, who was at home but brought his computer and should have been available for help. Joe the manager laid into Joe r so heavily that he started crying, and when Joe r tried to end the call manager Joe wouldn’t let him go, so we sat there and watched him get chewed out for nearly 10 minutes. Not a good first experience with T mobile, and I’d recommend that if you are going to give them your business, take it to a store where Joe the manager won’t profit from it at all.

As a previous Sprint customer, I am very impressed with the T-Mobile experience. Joe K has managed the store and his staff with customer first in mind. Great experience and technical support. Great job.

I miss all the people that used to work for sprint I never had a issue when this was a sprint store . T-Mobile costumer service is a joke they don’t even know what are they doing. They treat you depending your color.If you don’t like working with costumers find a better job but don’t bring that nasty attitude towards costumers.

I'm hoping this is the T-Mobile store in Riva Festival, Annapolis because the pictures do not depict what the store looks like from outside! And I want to give recognition to an employee that deserves nothing but light on himself!So almost three weeks ago my phone decided to take a nose dive because it was old and they dropped the 3G network or whatever you call it. Anywho, my phone just stopped working network-wise. And I did not know it was going to be happening. I immediately went to Verizon to find out what was going on and they did not give me an answer and the way the employee acted, I looked at my boyfriend, who is also T-Mobile, and said let's go to T-Mobile and see what we can do. I had been toying around with the idea of switching to T-Mobile for about six months.JOE R. is the man!!!! We went in, told him my dilemma and he was so helpful, understanding, informative, and above all PATIENT with me (and my bf) as I was making a decision to leave Verizon and join T-Mobile. He really took the time for me and I needed that because it was like walking into a different dimension and I needed guidance about it all. Joe went above and beyond for me and I could not appreciate more how genuine and kind he was. There were a couple hiccups after joining T-Mobile and I had to return to store a couple times (one in particular that another employee made an error with my transition info from Verizon to T-Mobile and that only happened because Joe was off that day or else none of the issues after would have occured) but Joe made sure to get everything right and was so patient especially when I had to go in the store and wait for customer service to contact me so they could speak to him and get a problem resolved. JOE R. deserves nothing but applause and hats off! Thank you Joe for your kindness and patience!!! And thank you Joe for making my decision to join with T-Mobile such an easy one!! You rock!!!!!

Joe was amazing!! Had a great experience here.They took the time to help me choose the perfect Samsung phone for my partner’s birthday. I am an iPhone user and not too familiar with Galaxy phones and what to look for so they were a tremendous help.Friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable of phones and products. Will be back to see Joe for my own upgrade.

April 6th, 2022 around 2:00-2:30 my mother went in to check her payments and see if she could get a new phone, this only Hispanic guy came up and asked if she needed help. My mom answered in Spanish knowing he was Spanish speaking and it seemed like it bothered him, who knows what his problem was but oh well.My mother came home very frustrated and upset claiming that the whole time she was there with this guy he had the biggest attitude and was no help. Do better T-Mobile And hire better people that like to work not people that seem like they are forced to be there. Other than that the others that are there has always been welcoming and nice. First time this ever happened.

I bought a T Mobile SIM card from their web page for my dashcam. When the card arrived I tried to activate it 4 times on my own, and 4 times using the telephone tech support. None were successful. So I decided to drive to the T Mobile store in the Festival Shopping Center in Parole MD. Joe greeted me right away. Within a few minutes Joe had my card activated! Everything is running perfectly thanks to Joe! T Mobile is lucky to have him!Thanks Joe!Jeff

My family and I went to this T-Mobile storefront because there were multiple errors in the creation of our account. We saw a man named Kevin J. and a woman named Tia. Both employees were outstanding and clearly well versed at their respective positions. Kevin patiently and effectively worked out all the kinks in our account and got us on the right track! We’re very grateful for his help. We won’t hesitate to look for him for our future T-Mobile purchases.

We went to upgrade 3 phones today. Raul & Elsa are great employees that understand what customer service and to serve their customers still means. They work hard and made thing go seamlessly and that is hard to find in today's world. I would do business there again and tell my friends and family to do the same.

We returned to this store as Sprint customers where the positive changes in customer service were welcomed. Care and cleaning, greeting us and taking our information and listening to our questions and concerns with patience. Our sales rep Joe was helpful in finding the best plan for us.

My iPhone broke and I found myself at the Riva location Sprint/TMobile. I just love Kevin. The mobile expert, not the manager. Not that the manager is unlovable, but I did not meet him. ? Between efforts to restore my phone and then successfully backing up my phone, it was a veryyy long process. My phone’s fault, not theirs. HOWEVER, Kevin is cool as a fan and I hope retail never ruins him. Have you ever encountered someone that just has a genuine heart of service? He was straight forward, helpful, efficient, and kind. Since I spent a decent length of time there, I can attest to the fast and thoughtful service they gave to every person who walked in. The less interesting details that are still worth mentioning: they are keeping everyone safe with sanitizing high touch areas, limited capacity of occupants, and physical distancing. Thanks Kevin, you’re the real MVP.
