They were very helpful to me here when I needed my e-sim replaced. I didn’t realized they closed at 8pm on Mondays. They were very pleasant and quick and resolved my issue in under 5 minutes. It was great service.

After a long day of going back and forth with the Apple Store, I finally got my phone repaired and needed T-Mobile to activate it. Figured I’d just stop at the store on the way out of the mall. Walked in and stood there for a good 10-15 mins and not a single employee acknowledged me. Two employees were assisting customers and the other two were hanging out at the table doing nothing. One made eye contact with me and still said nothing. I walked out. Do better T-Mobile! Where’s the management?!

I had an excellent experience with my switching to T Mobile. I felt very spoiled by Karroll, Gomez and Guillermo. Thank you for helping me to have international service and for working with me to get my family the right plan! 5 stars all the way!

I was helped by Jerrell this afternoon after my phone broke and Apple was unable to assist me. He allowed me to call home, explained financing options, and very clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He went above and beyond in his customer service, and I cannot be more thankful.

Stopped in this store after waiting for help from the AT&T store about 2 weeks ago. Was helped by Jason. At the time I wish to get away from Comcast. The cost has grown to be way more then I can afford and wanted more info about the 5g home internet. At the time Jason was able to answer all my questions while at the same time training another employee. Was so pleased I made sure to get his business card and went back today to get the home internet service. The staff was very friendly. Jason was able to set me up with the system. . The only nervous part was if it would work in my building. Go it set up I minutes, getting 3 bars which says good service. I am very happy with the customer service and the monthly cost only being 55 a month. Cost the extra 5 dollars cause the auto pay didn't give discount with my credit card. Highly recommend that location

Truly wonderful service! Guillermo really went above and beyond with explaining everything (Multiple times may I add), the patience this man had with my family and I was honestly incredible! Not only that, the other Team members were very kind and helpful, I wish I remembered their names but they were not shy to aide us in getting the best deals! Words cannot describes this T-Mobile wonderful work ethic, I even feel bad we took up so much of their time....Guillermo and Florentino even stayed after closing to help us get set up.Thank you once again for all you guys do!

Worst customer service. I waited for 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged I was there. They looked at me, but said nothing. All they had to say was, “we’ll be right with you”. I watched 3 employees doing nothing. 2 came from the back room looked at me and went back. 1 walked past me and left the store. Finally, my husband had seen enough and we left. Do better! Won’t go back to that store.

My husband's older phone began acting erratically -- it refused calls and dropped texts. So I stopped by the T-Mobile Store at the Mall to see if they could fix or replace it. ShaMar Watson greeted right away. He accessed the problems and then recommended that the phone be replaced. He showed me which phones were available at little or no additional charge to me and did not try to up-sale me. Then he made sure that my husband's data migrated to the new phone and that all personal data was wiped off of the old phone. The whole transaction was quick, easy, and transparent. ShaMar provided excellent service. This is a consistently good store, in my opinion.

My husband's old LG phone started acting really wonky so I visited the Annapolis Mall T-Mobile phone store to determine if it could be fixed or switched. ShaMar Watson greeted me immediately and accessed the situation. ShaMar indicated that the phone was out-of-date and no longer produced. He then provided me with a few choices of new phones that I could switch to with little or no additional charge. He answered my questions and didn't try to up-sell me. We selected a very nice new phone and he loaded all of my husband's data onto it, then he worked with me to remove all of my husband's data from his old phone. ShaMar was easy to work with, professional and thorough.
