I had the most wonderful experience at this bank, and I'm genuinely surprised by the negative reviews. My visit yesterday left me extremely satisfied with their service. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, and their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable.I was attended to by Jasmine Hall and another lady (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name), and both of them were absolutely fantastic. Their level of professionalism combined with their friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. They patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, ensuring that I left with a clear understanding of the services available to me.It's evident that this bank is committed to providing excellent customer service, and my personal encounter is a testament to that. Despite the negative reviews I came across online, I can confidently say that my experience was outstanding. The negative feedback on Google Maps does not reflect the true quality of service this bank offers.I'm grateful for the positive interaction I had with the staff, and I'll definitely be returning for my banking needs. If you're looking for a bank that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to assist them, I highly recommend giving this bank a chance.Thank you once again to Jasmine Hall, the other kind lady, and the entire team for making my visit a memorable one!

ATM inaccessible outside of branch operating hours. Constantly malfunctions when trying to deposit cash. Never enough tellers so there’s always a long line. Every transaction requires at least 20 mins. Higher fees than other banks. It’s actually americas least convenient bank.

I walked into the td bank in Annapolis deposited 300 dollars cash to find out later they put it in another person's account weeks and all I get is the run around the main head quarters say I have to deal direct with the Annapolis branch after Manny failed attempts no one at td will giveme my 300 dollarsI'm finding another bank fyi this is the third time it happened the other branch took care of it right away. I'm out 300 now

Best bank I have ever had in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I signed up for this bank, I signed up using the extra money bonus promo code. I've kept the account since and they paid me the bonus which is just in time for Christmas. I will never leave this bank; the customer service is phenomenal all the way around, they back you up when it comes to fraudulent transactions, and this bank is perfect. Thank you for being amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy TD itself but, since you took away the location in Arnold. I have to travel to Annapolis. Its an inconvenience for me and I'm sure others. So yesterday I made my way after hours and the door would not open with my card. Times before you were remodeling and I couldn't gain access to the ATM as well there is no drive thru ATM.

I had a positive experience when I went. I arrived for an appointment that I had booked online the night before. Upon arrival I was greeted by like 3 people. It was welcoming to say the least. I let the woman at the counter know I was there for an appointment and she said they were waiting for me. I walked over to sit but was waved at to come on over. The woman introduced herself and I was able to open an account and she answered a lot of questions I had about Canada and US transfers. It was pretty easy. Thank you Lashon and Rae!

I went to resolve one check issue to the branch on 08/05/2021, unforntately, the associate manager and manager are not helpful and they seem really don't care to help out ! they never help to resolve the check issue !!! it is very unprofessional service and bad experience banking with them !!! never go back to the branch !!!

This TD Bank branch used to set the benchmark for service. It was once managed by a nice young lady by the name of Heather. Our family does some high-value business, and has used TD Bank as far back as the 70s. (TD Bank is actually Toronto-Dominion Bank, a Canadian bank with a long and storied history.) Heather and I were on a first name basis. Back then, this was a solid five star branch. I visited this usual location to get a simple cashier's check, back in late December of 2020. Upon walking in, I noticed three ladies to my right seated at their desks. The one closest to the window was playing a video game on her computer. The other two were on their phones. I approached the counter, and waited as the one associate ignored me. Finally one of the ladies seated in the "office" got the teller's attention. The teller gave me incorrect information about fees for the check, which I ignored since I knew what was correct. I did finish up my transaction after about 10 minutes. As I walked out, I noticed that the one associate was still playing her game. What a terrible way to do business. Incidentally, the service I got at Bank of America around the corner was exceptional. Which in all honesty, was also surprising. I felt completely betrayed as a loyal TD Bank customer, in spite of doing business with TD for many, many years. I will be closing out our family's accounts at TD. I don't think anyone from TD Bank management reads these reviews, based on the other reviews for this branch. I suspect that's par for the course. If you must use TD Bank, avoid this branch. Better yet, vote with your feet and take your business elsewhere.

make appointment for Lobby before I came.but when I get there They not allowed me into lobby to open my business account . They said they are not open for lobby ,but who took my appointments yesterday ? They force me open business account in drive tru . I can”t believe that people can open the account in drive thru . I have some questionS for open a new account but they still let me do it by drive thru . Not provide any effective solution. . Customer service here don’t have ability to solve you problems, no explanation for the ridiculous service. I would like to give the people who received my phone today 00000 star . Can you imagine that you Open account by drive thru ,and a long line waiting there for you ? Good things is I found another Td bank in Annapolis, that was amazing :) .

I opened a family trust account, checking, at this bank. Easily the best bank I've had to deal with in 20 years. I've come in with several different types of transacation, cashed saving bonds, asked for special paperwork. They are always best.
