This UPS location is convenient but the customer service can be spotty. I came in the store but no one greeted me but I could hear someone in the back on the phone. The current service person was already helping a customer but didn't point out that there was a self service machine was directly behind me. I'm glad I looked around. I used the self service machine and returned my items. Do we really need UPS client reps at all?

My husband and family and I have been using this UPS store for years. In almost every case, the service has been FANTASTIC, everyone is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Angel and Amy are standouts in their assisting us with sometimes pretty complex shipping and notary services. Thanks for your great service to our community.

My experience at the UPS store in Eastport Annapolis has been extraordinary! Angel, Conrad, David, Amy and Sam are all wonderful associates - The owner of the store, Alex is blessed to have found such wonderful people to work for him. All of them work together very well they conduct themselves as though this was their business. They are very polite, very considerate and go above and beyond what would be expected. They are extremely patient and helpful. I visit quite frequently I utilize their, shiping, Amazon returns, Notary Public and work area facilities to actually work with my computer.
I am away from home and have been in the Annapolis area for approximately six months and in that time I’ve spent quite a bit of time at the UPS store getting correspondence out.
I have been really impressed that There has been a consistent group of associates with only one addition.
Truly, this group of young people have made my life much easier.
Their smiles, and pleasant conversation with all of their customers is very impressive. Even more impressive is the way they conduct themselves with each other. It is a blessing to have this wonderful UPS store in the community.

We just had the best customer service experience ever! We used this store because we needed fingerprinting options and it was the closest location..... and I am so GLAD that we did. We ended up getting the fingerprints done super quick and were able to get passport photos taken as well (again, super quick!). Also, I needed a document scanned in and asked if they offered this service as well. The document was scanned and printed within 60 seconds! The entire interaction was not only quick and efficient, but it was delivered with a positive attitude and a smile. Conrad was wonderful the whole time and made such a difference. This might not be the closest location to us, but going forward it will be totally worth the drive!

I have used the UPS in Eastport for years with great success. When I arrived today there were 2 poster/ signs behind the counter. Both with reference to no kings in America. I believe everyone has right to free speech but a national company should believe that to some this may be a sensitive subject and not something to be displayed. Very disappointed.

The store is fine when it’s open. But the website says it’s open until 2 PM on Sundays. It is not open on Sundays. I discovered this after I drove there with a return in hand. The hours on the door, State that it’s closed so somebody at this business needs to pay attention to their website and update it to save customers a wasted trip.

WOW! What a great team. We had a family emergency and needed ship 5 boxes of heirloom china and crystal that we had planned to drive to Michigan. I had to just leave everything in the lobby and hope for the best - a bit nerve-racking! Yet, the team handled it so well from packing to shipping - Angel (the store manager) called me after hours, reassured me, reviewed all of the insurance I'd placed and packing costs prior to shipping. The pricing was very reasonable and the packing was impeccable ...there were 2 pieces that arrived broken out of hundreds. This was a quick and easy process to claim with insurance via the store. I'm so grateful to Angel and the team for all their help during what was a stressful moment where I needed a quick solution. Thank you!

I've been going to this UPS store since the day it opened and am pleased to continue to get excellent service. Have used them for shipping, picking up boxes that were redirected there for delivery, items that were sent to my personal box there, for notararizing documents, printing, returning Amazon items. You name it! Always greeted with a smile, the people who work there are trained well and have excellent customer service skills.. and even when there has been a hiccup with an item, they always work to determine what happened and, and correct any issues. Highly recommend this UPS Store!

Employee acted like customers were a big bother. I was told by him UPS was a better option than USPS for my package, claiming 3 day delivery for $22 costs vs $35 USPS costs for package going to TX. Three days later, package still in Landover MD with projected delivery to TX of Jan 3 (10 days!). Mailed identical package at post office today going to WA with costs $3 less and delivery expected Jan 2. Won't be back to UPS store unless for returns. Slower delivery at higher costs with an employee that provided inaccurate information.
