Terrible! Unless you do not like customer service or a star and efficient agent. Those other reviews are probably fake or set up by the team members themselves. Try folks at Compass they understand customer service and are very professional. When Doris used to work for Long &Foster she rented us a house that as soon as she got her money split. An example of a great real estate agent (sorta like the Nordstrom style of customer service) will stick with you and will provide advice or at least intercede with you and the property owner. We reported them to Long &Foster and now want to you warn you as they have branched away from the main office. Multiple text messages or calls are necessary to get an accurate response and even then the two of them can give you two complete answers. They will harass you when they need something, but when they owe you something-its ??.. They sent the wrong amount for my reimbursement and now has ghosted us. If you use them, just be careful and make sure that keep things in writing because they also develop instant amnesia.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Doris. I thought I would be able to represent myself in a seller's market. And I was, I sold my house very quickly just with a Facebook post. But once once the other real estate agent realized I was unrepresented That's when things got sticky. After all the fine details and paperwork I was about to lose out tremendously. Everything had become so confusing I felt like I wasIn need of a lawyer more than a real estate agent. Fortunately for me through a random conversation with Doris she quickly realized that I needed help and sprung into action. I always knew she was a tough lady. I always knew she was smart. But to watch this woman perform with was something out of this world. She knew way more than real estate. She knew the law! It's something that you don't really think about , I know it had never even crossed my mind. But without her I would have been out thousands of dollars. The deal would have definitely fallen through. And I could have made some pretty horrific mistakes. I couldn't possibly be more thankful for for her heroic efforts in helping me and I've definitely learned my lesson to nelearn my lesson to never buy or sell a house without without Doris having your back. She's way more than a real estate agent. She has a personality and the drive that that you can't get from a textbook. She is smart and she is quick. I've never seen anything like it. And I promise you, you don't want anyone except for this lady to represent you Because with all the knowledge she has she will always have the upper hand. 10 stars And then some for this fiery little real estate agent

Working with Doris as we were attempting to buy our first home was one of the worst experiences of our lives.Communication was very difficult and inconsistent. At times we were given incorrect or misleading information and when we asked questions as this was a first and new experience for us, we were made to feel stupid or that our questions were not worth answers. She attempted to peer pressure us into using her son as our lender and seemed very offended when we said no, as we already had another company in mind. We believe that the first home we fell in love with was lost on purpose by her. Our last few days leading to closing were hell. Her office gave us false information such as that the title company was our representative, and therefore we can ask them all her questions as if she couldn’t be bothered. Doris had no plans to even be present at our closing! I understand Covid restrictions but not even via Skype or anything! She didn’t even tell this to us herself and as the “communication” had been misunderstood, we found this out maybe an hour before our first attempt at closing. Any issue we attempted to address she never ever said sorry about, even as a courtesy, and would instead inform us why we were wrong to even suggest there was an issue. All of which and more I have in written examples. Our first closing we were rushed through our final walkthrough to the closing office, which btw we were lead to believe we had no option of picking another company, and sat for over 2 hours till the office closed without any agent even present, only to have documents not be ready and asked to return another date!! We had unanswered questions about the house she told us, in writing, would be answered or given at closing only to have her not show up and for both of us to be completely disrespected by Eagle Title and rushed through documents leaving us in a blur. One of my favorite parts is that my husband-to-be is a Navy combat veteran, which was disclosed at the beginning of entering our contract with Doris as we loved the idea of her “Gifting for Gratitude” program. As we neared the end of closing the house it seemed to be very sneaky that nothing at all was being mentioned of this and when we asked about it she seemed confused about our question causing us to send her a screenshot of her own website to clear up what program we were asking about. Overall she managed to not give back any of her commission as entailed with the give back program. Instead she said because the sellers were giving us a “gift back” she was not legally allowed to do both. Oh and by not showing up to the closing and such. Which by the way the “gift back” was our overestimating closing cost... essentially our own (loan) money being given back to us since it was unused in the sale. AKA had nothing to do AT ALL with anything involving the program and certainly not her commission. So a veteran was denied this program through her misleading information.I am embarrassed it has taken we so long to get this review out there as we closed in late January. But I will continue to spread this. I am truly happy if other people had a genuine good experience with her. But even in here I know that at least two are written by members in the Williams Team... so again misleading. Her mistreatment of us and black pit of chaos and confusion lead to the top 5 worst days of my life. And I’m sorry to pull that but to show just how bad she treated us and the horrible scarred memory of what should’ve been a major life event for us.... I’ll have you know that also in my top 5 is the death of my parents.Doris didn’t even show us the house we ended up buying. And she disappeared before our closing, leaving us with false information and walking away with money she falsely advertised would be returned to a US Veteran.Don’t let her do the same to you.

I want to take a moment to say how wonderful Doris Williams and The Williams Home Team is and to say how great their Gifting for Gratitude program is. First off, Doris is not only a very skilled and professional real estate agent, but one of the most generous and warm hearted. Doris and The Williams Home Team support multiple charities and wanted another way to give back more that would impact local heroes. So if you are a nurse, doctor, first responder, firefighter, police, teacher or veteran buying or selling a house use The Williams Home Team and the will give you back up to 20% of their commission!!!! As a nurse, I can tell you we usually get left out when it comes to discount programs, but not this one. It is nice to see that we are appreciated. Doris was my agent for both selling my house and buying my new home. Doris had my house sold above asking price in no time at all and with the gifting program it made meeting the closing costs of my new home so much easier. So a big thank you to Doris and The Gifting for Gratitude Program and making my new home possible-- the best team hands down!

Doris is THE BEST hands down. Went above and beyond during our home buying process, even after we had some obstacles that she helped tremendously with! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a house.
