I had such a great experience at Ulta Beauty in Annapolis! Shay was absolutely amazing—so patient and kind while I asked a million questions. They took the time to explain everything, share their knowledge, and make sure I felt comfortable with my choices. What could’ve been overwhelming turned into a fun and easy shopping trip thanks to Shay. If you’re shopping at this location, definitely look for them—you’ll be in great hands!

Mickey has such an amazing personality and they were so much to chat with! They took great care of my service!! Mickey really spent time making sure what I wanted and went over everything including cost prior to appointment. I am very pleased at today’s service and will definitely be back for when I need touch ups/ haircut. I am extremely grateful I found Mickey!

Mickey did a great job helping me today! I was in desperate search of a good waterproof concealer and moisturizer, and I definitely found them. He knew everything about the products he offered me, how they absorb and if they work for certain skin types. Good job, can’t wait to come back!

I visited this location yesterday in the evening I was greeted by one of the young cashiers upon entering and greeted with a smile by the gentleman with red hair. Thank you. I came for a skin care item and Julie recommended other brands/ promotions to try my next visit and very sweet. The store is clean and organized and fully stocked wow! Also many testers on products a plus! Definitely will be returning! <3

My teenage daughter got her hair cut here, and the stylist did a fantastic job and made my daughter very happy. I was also able to observe a very diverse, friendly, and welcoming staff. It seemed that all were welcome and every Body is celebrated.

I booked a blind salon appointment with Marie. I will honestly say, I was nervous about going especially at a location where I’ve never been before and haven’t seen any reviews on her work. I drove almost two hours to this location. My hair is what makes me happy. I told her, what my likes are and dislikes. She asked me a few history questions prior to starting. She started doing her thing, I put my trust in her hands, and she did such an amazing job with my hair. I love it so much. It was more that I could ask for and with such care. I did a full highlight, olaplex, and haircut and everything was explained well. I couldn’t be more happier! Such a beautiful woman inside and out. Thank you Marie, hope to book with you again.
