I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. His energy, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If every store had a Kayden, shopping would be a whole different world.
Give this guy a raise — he’s a rockstar!

I shopped here during the Christmas season. At the time, it was well stocked and staffed. Reasonable prices for the quality they produce.

I was told that since I made my purchase online with PayPal, I could only get store credit and not a full refund. I told them I was going to touch base with under armor corporate, I got my full refund. Staff at this place is great, but I do challenge under armour’s integrity if the employees are being instructed to tell people that.

Henry at Under Armour Annapolis Mall went above and beyond helping me with my purchases for Christmas. He informed me of a 30% off all-around store deal, consolidated and printed gift receipts, checked to see if the size I was looking for was available in the back, helped me fulfil an exchange and overall friendly!

Not the greatest selection to begin with, and then add not having much of anything above large where size is concerned. UA has also gotten to be a touch overpriced since I first began wearing the brand.
