I highly recommend this collision repair shop. They got me in for repair of my vehicle within 1 day of calling for an appointment. Scott was extremely professional and called frequently to give me updates as my car was being repaired. He brought my car to me at work after the repairs and took back the rental so it was convenient. I got my car back better than it went into the shop. I am very pleased with the repairs and they were able to work seamlessly with my insurance. I thank Scott and his team for a job well done.

Great repairs on my Acura RDX. Was satisfied with the work done. The only concern I have is with the lack of communication from the repair shop on updates regarding my vehicle.

We needed a new bumper because someone hit our car. It was a seamless transaction between the insurance company, Uni-Tech, and the rental car company. Uni-tech took care of everything for us. The front desk staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating; the workmanship was flawless. 10/10 recommend!

Thank you to the staff at Unitech. They were all very helpful with explaining each step of repair the vehicle was in. We’re extremely pleased with their work and attention to detail. At pick up Scott went over and explained all that was repaired, replaced and painted. I highly recommend to anyone that needs repair. Thank you again!

My cat looks brand new. They kept me informed with progress reports and pick up was right on time. I have Erie Insurance so using UniTec was seamless. I called my insurance company, got a claim number, and UniTec picked up the ball and ran with it! Hope I will not have to do this again but if I do it will be UniTec all the way!!!

My experience was 5 star. To begin with, Jennifer took the time to answer questions and address any concerns that I had. John was assigned to me and he was fantastic! He managed the entire repair from start to finish, explained everything that could be done and the best approach, set realistic expectations, kept me informed of his findings after a thorough check and followed through with the repair in a timely manner. At Uni-tech, I was treated very well, with utmost respect, and am very happy with the fender repair, which looks as good as new! Thank you, John and everyone at Uni-tech.
By the way - surprise bonus! the waiting room is more like a living room... comfy and welcoming. 😊
