Really poor UPS store - item got left in their store overnight and they wouldn't take any accountability or upgrade service so that it could be delivered on time. Avoid at all costs - recommend using the store in Eastport if you need reliable on-time service.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I hate ups now that I have moved to annapolis. I have called 3 times today and shown with 3 different people regarding a priority overnight live animal shipment that i paid to have speed and days guaranteed arrival by 10:00am. I have been given no updates and originally told traffic must have been bad even though I watched on the map him pad my place 3 times. I called when I noticed he was sitting in a parking lot about a mile away for over an hour and they told me out would be delivered within a half hour. It's now 2 hours later and so not here and no longer on the map. I asked if I could please just meet the driver instead and they told me no and that unfortunately they don't actually offer any guaranteed delivery windows even though I was given the option to pay almost $100 to guarantee before 10am, or I could of just done overnight shipping for $35 and I would so have gotten it at the same time. Then he tells me the live animals so be safe because they make sure there are air holes in the package. I ordered salt water fish dumbass and inside your truck that's not temperature controlled packaged to be ready for a slight delay, but not indefinite delay. In events like this, you should have an option for customer to come pick up the package to prevent complications.
Simple as this, 3 calls, 3 completely different answers and every single one was different and contradicted the previous one.

I received great service & special attention by my UPS service agent 'Shieve' . He totally explained how the system worked and what needed to be done to be successful. He then made it happen ! Thank you UPS store for having qualified and well trained employees !

I had a great experience at this UPS Store. Donell was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The store was clean and organized, and I was in and out quickly.

I went here to print some documents from the University of Delaware. Unfortunately, their policy is that you have to email them those documents, and they can’t print anything from the website. Turned my printing process from something that should have been one minute into a failed 15 minute endeavor, trying to get the documents to the right person, and then ultimately having it not work. The UPS store needs to change its policy on how they print things. It should not be that difficult.

I wish I had read the reviews for this place before they wasted our time! I called the day before (Friday) to confirm that this location could offer notary services the next day (Saturday). "Okay, great! See you tomorrow!" When we arrived, we were told (by the senior employee, who presumably is the location's notary public) that the location does not offer notary services on the weekend. The only reason the rating isn't lower for this place is because people aren't allowed to leave zero stars on Google. We were able to pop over to the Bay Ridge location a few minutes later and receive notary services without any trouble or wait. It seems that other customers have also complained about requesting notary services here.
I am curious: What do the two able-bodied adult men at this location spend their whole day doing, if not helping customers?
