Man, did I ever feel old when I walked into here. I haven't been inside a Urban Outfitters in a very long time and it really shows. The last time I was in one was looking for clothes to go to a retro night event, clothes that were popular in the 90s. But this visit, it was like a punch to the gut.Vinyl records are back in and I had come in here to see which vinyls they had on hand. After searching through their selection, and not finding anything, I wondered around the store to see what else they might have had.I started in the clothing and found nothing that tickled my fancy. Then I decided to see if they had anything in the housewares area. I have been in one of these and found some great deals when it comes in this area and I still have those items. However, when I ventured this way I ended up in a fight that I lost. I first got hit with the cassette tapes. Like they sucker punched me to put me in a daze. Then I get jumped from behind by the disposable cameras. Like, right out of nowhere there they were. I've never been so attacked in my life.Honestly, I kind of wanted to buy them for myself. However, I have no cassette player, and I have no idea where I would go now to develop the film. It was almost museum like coming here, a nice nostalgic walk down memory lane.

I mostly order online and return in store. If I’m looking for something last minute I’ve purchased in store but since it’s my closest I have no choice. It’s free return in store. Online will charge you a restocking fee. The staff is extremely hot or miss.

Employees are very rude, feel like they stare at you and judge you, but none of them spoke one word to me.

racist… eyeballed me like I was stealing but no one ever approached to see if I needed assistance. Just close already.

I've this store. Have always been treated well and it has the basics. It's small but has the essentials you see online. The home section is tiny. They carry LPs, bags, clothing, hats and is in a good location within the mall.

The store is cute, but small. One floor featuring womens, mens, and housewares. Housewares is limited but still has a solid presence in the store. There is a small sale section in the back right of the shop. The fitting rooms are also back there. Very limited on shoe selection here. My only complaint is I went there one day on a Friday late afternoon and the shop was closed w/o warning or having a sign up. No problem if you're on break but pls put a sign up! Also there's usually only 1-2 employees and they're multi tasking many tasks. I have never been spoken to in this store and I've already been in at least 4-5xs since they opened. The employees often look disgruntled too (sorry but they do look overworked/under paid/and under appreciated bc otherwise they'd have more support for their staff). If Urban couldn't accommodate payroll for this store, or a livable wage for employees, they shouldn't of opened. However, I'm happy to see UO in Annapolis (something I've dreamed of for 20 some years). I also *wish* the store was in a different lot and had 2 floors. Please treat your employees better. *i also want to add my best friend texted me last week after visiting here for the first time and told me she was grossed out bc the fitting room employee was "visibly sick"

I truly haven’t had a good experience with anyone since January at this location. Unfortunately the manager that would always help me (I can’t remember her name but she did have a lot of tattoos and was always very attentive and professional) isn’t working there anymore and it is such a terrible experience without her there. I came in to return some items and I waited over 15 minutes for someone to approve the return!!! That is insane. I live about two hours away and it seems like you’re pulling teeth to get the other managers to do their job. 0/10 experience. I’d suggest taking the drive to Georgetown or Bethesda if you want to be treated like they care.

Very mediocre service. Wasn’t approached at all which is fine but when I asked where an item on a mannequin was the girl just pointed across the store and said “over there” okay..... lol. I never ended up finding the item so their loss ig. I noticed other employees doing it also, was just a nuisance. The store is a mess so idk how they expect me to know where “over there” is

The whole experience was a real disappointment. The men’s department was very small but I did find some cute things. I didn’t buy anything tho because when I was next in-line to pay for my items the girl who behind us was taken ahead of us because she worked there. Nick who I’m assuming was the manager pulled that stunt and didn’t think we would notice? Very disappointed

I went to return items and they ended up not scanning al the items and therefore I didn’t get my correct return amount. UO also doesn’t make it easy to get in contact with customer service and they make it your job to ensure they do theirs correctly. Especially having paid through after pay, their return process is convoluted and hard to follow.
