May 22,2025 around 2pm, One of your female drivers, light skinned, curly hair sped through Madison and Brashears intersection, COMPLETELY ignoring the stop sign and almost hit my 6 year old child. She did NOT STOP, she proceeded to the intersection at President and Madison and did the same thing. Truck number started with 0243 and also contained 0147.
I tried to called the post office location 5+ times, no answer!

Clean post office with some very friendly workers! It can get quite busy at times so give yourself plenty of time for your transaction. In my experience, they work as fast as they can to help you out.

I thought we had a passport appointment today but I must not of confirmed it fully on the computer my fault. The woman did let us complete the process without an appointment which was nice. The coworker was sitting there with her eyes closed trying to nap while we were the only ones in there. The process went quick and luckily it was during a snowstorm otherwise we wouldn’t have been so lucky to get the passport completed!

Hands-down, the worst USPS office in Annapolis. I needed three cents worth of tape to return an item. She said I had to buy a whole roll. So I paid $4 for a whole roll of tape and left it for customers so they wouldn’t get robbed. I also included a pic! If you’re gonna be greedy pigs, no better place to start than with tape! Santa would be disappointed.

Absolutely hit or miss. One out of 10 days you might get a nice person, otherwise horrible, cold customer service. So disappointing.

They make it an absolute pain to replace a lock on one of their boxes. Update: After a month the lock was finally changed. Several letters in the box requiring a signature. Certified is no longer what it used to be.

2 employees on a Saturday and one employee lets a customer stay at her station to fill out forms holding the line up instead of having them step aside for the line to keep flowing. The other employee was being held hostage by a Karen, so I do not blame that employee at all. (Do I seem like a Karen right now? ?) But the other employee did nothing to help, where as all she had to do was ask the customer at her station to step aside to fill out their paper work. This same employee had me do that one time before and I was fine with it. And I can tell you, other people behind me were openly discussing that as I was thinking it. Another customer behind me walked out because of how long it was taking and I almost did the same but figured if I came back another day, I’d just more than likely end up in the same situation.

They don't deserve 1 star. Lost a certified letter for 5 weeks. Dismissive, don't care, and inefficient. They don't deserve a job

My 19 yr old son walked into the post office and placed a small package with a commercially printed label that had a bar code into the post office package drawer, heard it fall and double checked it cleared and was empty. The package was never scanned or shipped. It disappeared in their custody. He went back to the post office for help and the person at the counter blamed him for not coming in during open hours and getting a receipt and refused to even look around the facility, stating they "don't keep things there and somebody probably forgot to scan it." Huh? really? They have video cameras don't they? They could review him depositing it and can, and should investigate the possibility of internal theft or mishandling. So his Nike Vapor football gloves worth $100+ dollars are gone. Every time we go into the location the employees are generally rude and when asked a question, provide short curt answers with as little information as possible, leaving the customer to feel like they are the problem. Annapolis is a small town filled with nice people and our tax dollars pay their salaries. We deserve better. If they hate their customer facing jobs they should move-on...
