Is it common to entirely shut down the post office from 2:10-3:10?

I get friendly, personable service every time I need to complete a post office run, which is often! The sweet ladies inside are wonderful members of our community and knowledge about their work.

I am continuing to receive wrong mail, even after reporting in person and online. I have also received multiple notices to renew my mailbox inside of my mailbox when I have the opportunity to online, and always renew prior to the required deadline. The clerks do not seem to pay attention nor care about their jobs.
