I rented a room there once before, and completely cleaned up after I left, and the second time I came, the owner actually realized how friendly and neat I was, regardless of how dirty and outdated their rooms really are! I go to leave on my second time and they take a $50 deposit. Well the owner doesn’t give it back to me because she said I owe $18 now all she had to do was give me and refund me back my $50 deposit because I cleaned the room myself as well and argues with me into the point where I have to leave! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever disgusting motel I would never stay there again unless you want bedbugs because they Have bedbugs because I woke up with bites!

The Wi-Fi was out of service (if it ever existed) and the manager pounded on the door an hour before checkout in the morning, like a madman.

Terrible customer service according to health, the rooms full of green humidity, I went out accompanied by my partner with nausea, there was no solution to the customer, bad experience in my first time in MD👎🏻

My room had no towels and then they made me go down to the office to get them myself. tv did not work and i was not accommodated for it and the place just smells bad. i will never be staying there again, you could get a better stay at a motel 6 for about $40 less!

This place is horrible. Stay away! It’s dirty! The tv is analog and you will not get even one channel. It’s just a blurry screen! They charge you an extra 50 dollars . They claim it will be refunded. It is not! A bright light shines right by the windows. The beds are lumpy. I did not sleep all night. The worst hotel I ever stayed at. Stay away!

Idk. I sat in the parking lot next door while my friends did the do in the room.
I like that its tucked back in a quiet little area. And I liked the shady parking lot of the office building next door. 🤷🏻♀️

It seemed cleaned and well maintained. Staff are friendly. Location is right by the highway, but it's not too loud. However they have super bright flood lights on their sign which come in the windows. I wasn't able to sleep because they are so bright, as shown in the photo taken at night. The room actually got darker when they turned off the flood lights at 6am.

I booked this cheaper option for my 21st birthday. It was terrible I booked originally a smoking room, which has bed bugs in one bed, thankfully they let us switch rooms but the check in times and check out times are dumb because 3pm-11am isn’t a full 24hrs rental which is ridiculous. And I did not get my full security deposit and I made sure I left no damage for one night. They shorted me $10

Found bedbugs on our overnight stay, had to get another room, and didn’t even get our 50 dollar deposit back even though the room was mostly untouched. Don’t come here unless you want to sleep in a dingy gross place with horrible service. Sleeping in your car is a better option than this place.

DISGUSTING & REVOLTING ..Village Inn booked me into a room on Sept. 28, 2024 where someone else was already staying (photos attached) yet the woman working the front desk handed me a key card to their room anyway. When I told her this, she assigned me another room key card. When I opened the door to the second room, cockroaches scattered everywhere ..across the carpet, on top of doorways, literally everywhere. I wanted to throw up. When this place was booked I was told it was a hotel, not a motel. When I got there it looked like a type of half-way house for parolees and drug users who have nowhere else to go (two people were smoking meth on the sidewalk in front of the room next to me). Feel free to stay here is you enjoy filth and disease-carrying insects.

I am a budget hotel aficionado. this by far is the cleanest nicest room I have stayed in in my last six visits to budget hotels good job people
