I've been coming here for a long time and I've noticed that there 's been a real lack of urgency and Manpower in the kitchen part of the store.
Today I went in for lunch and had two orders that were similar. I got my first order within 5 minutes which is really good but my second order I had to wait over 35 minutes to get my second one. I only get 1 hour for lunch and I had to eat my lunch in the store waiting on my second order. The one lady was pumping orders out 7 to 1 over her coworker. He had zero sense of urgency. The store has to do better and they also need to add more people back there for the lunch hour.

Avoid stopping here. Stopped for a bathroom break, wanted to grab some food and water. The bathroom was disgusting, appeared not to have been cleaned in ages. The drink coolers were 99% empty, and waited for 15 minutes to be informed they couldn’t make a chicken quesadillas because they were out of chicken steak. Sad excuse for a convenience store. Cross the bridge and get a better experience at any convenience store!

I’ve stopped by the Wawa gas station quite a bit as it is conveniently located off Route 50 heading eastbound toward the Bay Bridge. They have a good number of pumps, so there’s usually room to fill up without much of a wait. The convenience store has a great selection of snacks, drinks, and made-to-order items, perfect for a quick grab. There's even an air pump on-site if you need to top off your tires, plus Tesla chargers for electric vehicles. Gas prices here are competitive, which is always a plus. The bathrooms are decent—nothing fancy, but acceptable. Staff is friendly, and service is quick, so you’re on your way in no time. Overall, a reliable pit stop!

We stopped here after over 2 hours riding in the car to use the restroom and change our baby’s diaper. After waiting for 10 minutes for the bathroom it was finally our turn just to find out there is NO changing table! There were 2 other ladies with babies waiting with me and they were just as shocked as I was. There wasn’t one in the men’s room either. As a place to stop right by the bay bridge with travelers coming thru, they need to have a changing table!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a terrible experience!
***The bathroom was FILTHY! I cannot stress enough how bad it was.
***The lady at the counter was beyond rude & condescending to one of the other workers (ironically, a sign at the drive entrance says: “Be Kind”).
***A sign clearly posted on a water bottle rack stated the price for 2 bottles of water was $4.50. However, at the register they tried to charge $7.50! When I went back to the cooler, of course they had removed the sign! This place is the all time worst WaWa I have ever visited!
***Recommend you go ANYWHERE else!***

Place is always out of stuff for subs. Run by clowns can't even keep basic stuff in stock. They need new management. Place is always filthy so probably saved me from getting sick. This is the worst Wawa I have been to but they probably bring in alot of money because of the location and that's it.

This place was awesome the customer service was amazing oh also there was a employee named Shannon who was very nice and you also can get free hoagies for a year but the only bad is the bathrooms are small but they are clean so i recommend coming here

Very impressed with their fresh salad. I was on the road, didn't want bread, meat, and cheese. Decided to try their custom salad. It was fabulous: fresh, cold, tasty ingredients ... better than many high-end restaurants ... I would've preferred a non-breaded chicken breast but at least their breaded breast was hot and fresh ... more than I can say for most restaurants.Good job.
