My fiancé and I went into Zales shopping for a ring for our upcoming wedding. It was the very first store we went in to and I am so glad we did. Shirley is amazing!!! She was so kind to both of us and knew exactly how to help. I would give 100 stars if I could! Go see Shirley. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this Zales specifically for over two years and Ms. Idil has been the sales associate that has worked with me each time, I repeatedly and intentionally come to this Zales to shop with her because of her patience, knowledge, and positive attitude. She is very intelligent, personable and kind, I have never had an issue with asking her questions or receiving answers. She is my go to girl and she is a great representative of the Zales brand!

Absolute horrible experience. Bought an engagement ring and band here over a year ago.. said that these two rings would solder well together. Fast forward to after wedding, took back to get soldered and first time looked horrible, was uneven on both sides, ring didn’t fit, space was big in between rings.. so they sent it back out. I waited, waited, and waited for THREE WEEKS and got no email, text, or call from them. I actually called them to ask what’s taking so long? They said it’s been there and it’s been ready, I asked did they double check the repair this time cause it wasn’t good work last time. She said yes. I drove an hour up there for it to be uneven again and there was even black residue on it. When I mentioned this she said that they cannot do a better job with the soldering then proceeded to clean the ring. Throughout this whole exchange, the lady working was making jokes and being unprofessional. We were going to buy a different ring and exchange the 2 that have been basically ruined but her side comments literally made us get up and leave right before making the purchase. I couldn’t believe she was actually taking us as a joke!! Will definitely not be returning.

They had no idea which way was up from start to finish. Came in to exchange a ring I just gotten, for a different size. Doesn’t matter what their exchange policy says, apparently. No exchange. Told me they had to refund and reorder. Fine, except they told me they couldn’t honor the price I paid 10 days ago. In the end, after an hour and many employees involved, they wanted me to buy the same exact ring back, for a different price, then get it resized. I left only with my refund, in the car I did it myself in 5 minutes online. I don’t know why they had such a hard time other than they are not well trained. Or, they just wanted to make more commission off me. Shirley has helped me before, and she was the only one who was even apologetic. However because of today’s experience with others, I will not return to this location or recommend to others.

Annapolis Zales is awesome. I went in to get my rings cleaned. They were thorough and wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store.

Shirley has been a great help to me whenever I need to purchase something for my wife. All I need to do is give her a little background on why I need jewelry and she immediately knows exactly what will fit the bill. She is a delight to work with and even goes the extra mile to gift wrap my purchase. I only shop at Zales because of her

I have ZERO experience with jewelry, gemstones, etc. The folks in this store have been an incredibly gracious help! I was working in particular with Faith and Xavier on an engagement ring for my girlfriend. They've all been knowledgeable, courteous, willing to keep the customer informed on their decisions. I will be coming back for future creations!
