I was in store and tried on five pairs of jeans all of which were the exact same size they offered perfect. I ended up finding a pair that I like, but they did not have my size so they ordered it for me. Nobody told me that the sizing for the online stuff was smaller so when it came and it did not fit. I live over an hour away, and I drove there And they would not return it because it had been 31 days and apparently their policy is 30 days but it hadn’t even been to my house for 30 days because by the time I ordered it in and arrived it did not come until October 5 and I was in store on November 3 and they still would not accept it. I drove over an hour for nothing. The manager could have overrided it since it was only a day but did not want ti deal with it. The customer service has always been poor and for their overpriced clothes not worth it.

ZARA ENTHUSIASTS BEWARE!
You can’t return an unused item to the store even for an exchange after 30 days. You have to call a customer service number. ?
BAD BAD BAD for business and DISRESPECTFUL to the clientele who spends so much of their hard earned money here.
I’m over ZARA and will shop somewhere else cuz customer service is THE MOST important factor when considering who I spend my money with.
Moody Foodie is UPset. NOT Moody Foodie approved. Not even close.

RUDE employees. I’m shopping in the kids section, go to check out and a girl mumbles something to me. I assume she said she’d be right back so I said take your time. A man comes out and asks if i needed something and I said to check out and he said I had to go to the women’s section. I do that, wait in line for thirty minutes to buy two items. When I am next in line and an opening comes, I walk up to the counter. The young woman who’s register it was (2pm, 7/12/24, either had locs or braids with a side part) turned to her coworker right in front of me and said DID YOU HEAR ME CALL ANYBODY UP HERE???? After waiting 30 minutes in line, I thought it’d be good to keep the line moving????? if you’re going to be rude, a customer facing job isn’t for you.
