The lady had so much trouble using the computer and speaking English that I almost walked out. I was already there for over an hour and just want to get the tax done. Didn't asked any tax exempt questions and they were having issues putting it in the system. A lady came over and said I over contributed my IRA. SHE DID NOT KNOW THE ACTUAL LIMIT and I had to educate her. She simply said "oh it must have went up". The hell ? the ignorance and incompetence is appalling. They did stay late and I didn't leave until almost 2 hours later

The person that prepared my tax return...Rosa was very personable and helpful and explained everything. She was very pleasant to deal with. This is the second year that she has done my taxes and plan on using her again next year.
