Worst pharmacy. Found multiple Xanax pills in a prescription for a different medication once and they often just cancel a prescription. Took three weeks waiting for a prescription this last time and they just cancelled it out of nowhere. Also impossible to speak to a human unless you actually show up at the pharmacy and they are never pleasant anyways. Do not go here with your meds!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I call the other walgreens and they can find my medicaid information but this one can't? Or maybe you're just a lazy moron who can't do their job.

Omg was at the Walgreens in Arbutas On 7-5-23, at alil before 5 o'clock add the cashier was HORRIBLE CUSTOMERSERVICE, ID EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE,she spoke no words just "mummed" noices while shrugging her shoulder ,young girl ,shouldn't even probably be working yet she has no personal skills what so everdi' a word shrugging her should with a MmmmAs am as an answer

The ONLY walgreens that answers the phone! Two on route 40 continuously hangs up on you, blows you off, or doesn't bother to answer. Wouldn't even answer the customer call center, who was recording the call and filling report on them. Vanessa at Halethorpe store is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. She showed compassion and made sure my medication would be filled and ready.

If I could give this place 5 NEGATIVE ZEROS I WOULD! The pharmacy and pharmacist is a joke!!! They never have anything in stock and when they tell you they going order it they never do and it’s ridiculous and isn’t open on the weekends which is also RIDICULOUS!! I came in for a booster shot they let me schedule the appointment and when I got there long and behold the African pharmacist says she didn’t have it. Like why let me schedule the appointment if you didn’t have it in stock? Its very dirty in the store and it smells like mildew the only thing I have to say that’s nice is the girl that works the front is very nice THATS IT!!!

At first I could see why this Walgreens got a 1 star. The associate handling the register was not very competent. I called ahead to make sure what I was ordering online was there, she told me it was. When I get there not only is my order not filled correctly because they claim what I was ordering was out of stock when they were very much in stock and I showed them. Well Ms. Sheryl the manager took care of me. She's the reason why I gave this review 4 stars. Her level of customer service was outstanding!! She cancelled my original order and helped me repurchase my items and honored the online prices and coupons!! Ms. Sheryl, you're the reason that Walgreens is functioning!!!

Walgreens pharmacy only has one pharmacist only no additional pharmacist staff to provide better, more convenient, and expected hours — no evening hours (closed at 5:30 pm when others are opened until 9 pm) and no weekend hours availability at all is simply unacceptable for multiple years now. Too much turn over in pharmacy support staff.Walgreens used to have better hours, but for multiple years now the hours have simply gotten worse. Walgreens tells us to go to another Walgreens location that forces you to drive further away rather than communicating any type of expectation that this will change.Overall customer service quality has also suffered over the years with longer wait times on the phone, in the store and the drive-thru. The drive-thru is so terrible at times you might as well as not have a drive-thru. The store no longer provides consultation window because of limited staff availability often closed requiring you wade through the long wait up lines for pickup line to receive attention from the pharmacist.This is prime location for customer demand for pharmacies in a dense suburban area right outside of major city Baltimore and massive affluent retirement community, Charlestown, up the road, and other retirement communities blocks away, and a state University, UMBC. The customer demand is there. There is a reason why there is stiff competition blocks away with a new CVS pharmacy location, Giant pharmacy, and Rite-Aid pharmacy that all provide better hours and overall better customer service.Walgreen pharmacy customers are not going to put up with the lack of hours and poor customer service experiences indefinitely when it is so easy to switch altogether to their major competitors up the road to avoid enduring these longstanding problems. Walgreens as a corporation needs to put money into that pharmacy or they will simply continue to lose money by losing existing longtime, regular pharmacy customers. I have been faithful customer for over a decade and I am really close to switching. Walgreens you want to show you care about your pharmacy customers then fix this problem please.

Took film to be developed. I filled out all my info, made sure the envelope was sealed. Two weeks go by so I call to check in. I was told my film was never put into the system and was lost. Without putting the information in the computer there was no way to track my roll of film.Film cannot be replaced. It's been two months since I initially sent the film out. Incredibly disappointed the film never turned up. This film was too test whether a camera was malfunctioning.

store is clean, staff are nice. The only issue is the pharmacy. The hours SUCK! only open mon-fri till 5:30pm and closed on weekends.

Pharmacy not available. At 5pm refused to fill a prescription when it didn’t close till 5:30pm . Pharmacy closed on weekends, so I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I should give 0 stars. The pharmacy is horrible! Not only do you take a chance on your prescription being filled in a timely manner they up and change the hours. Clearly a sign posted gives weekend hours only to find out they are in fact CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday! No decent pharmacy would allow people who depend on medication have to wait until it's convenient for them. I hope people read this and take their business elsewhere as I intend to do and they can CLOSE the entire store. There's CVS, Rite Aid and Giant pharmacies conveniently located nearby with much better service!!!!

Just transferred from CVS up the street. The service and staff are friendly and helpful and THEY ANSWER THE PHONE! CVS is the worst. All the pharmacies are very busy and under staffed but Walgreens staff try very hard and answer the phone while waiting on customers. Some how manage to multi task with a a smile and good attitude.

I vowed to stay with this small pharmacy when CVS opened, but I am so DONE. Today is 2 weeks to the day that my son's prescription was called in. I was just on hold for 22 minutes prior being disconnected. I called back and informed them such, before being placed on another hold for 10 minutes.A few weeks ago, my mother had an appt for a flu shot, and we waited for an hour. She didn't get the shot until the pharmacy closed, which is actually around 5 or 5:30.Most likely, the pharmacy is severely understaffed, but this is ridiculous, and my time is valuable.
