I needed an emergency appointment for my dog on a Saturday. My regular vet was not available and they suggested I try Arnold Station. They fit me in, took great care of my dog and followed up the next day to make sure all was ok.

Dr. Laird and staff are always prompt, professional and caring. The office is clean and pleasant and very well maintained. They take excellent care of my cat and I am well satisfied with the care provided in the office and the boarding facility.

I left my original vets, a year and a half ago. Someone recommended Arnold Pet Station. I called , very easy to talk to. Made an appointment for yearly shots and physicals, easy scheduling what a great first appointment. Had a problem just recently and I called. Left message for Dr. and actually got a call back. We decided to try one thing and if that doesn't work, make appointments and get medicine. Again, assume people that care about your pet. Thanks everyone @ Arnold Pet Station

Probably not the cheapest vet in the area but is definitely the best and as they say you get what you pay for! Dr. Porteous is awesome and the rest of the staff is top notch too. Highly recommend Arnold Pet Station.

Misrepresentative of "Daycare" services.Daycare services consists of four 20minute group or solo play sessions throughout the day, this means in a 8 hours day your animal will spend less than 90mins of social/outdoor time. After a recommendation from my local vet, i pursued boarding with this facility for a 10 day international trip that was on short notice and would require me to board my animals.I had concerns prior to going into the arrangement mostly due to the fact they do not allow family members to board together if they are over 80lbs. (one would assume this means x-large dogs aren't welcome at all if their kennels can't handle 80lbs combined weight) but insisted they would be able to see each other the whole visit and have "family play time".I scheduled a daycare day to allow my pets to become familiar with the facility and staff prior to their stay as well as allow my anxious golden much needed socialization. After drop-off around 9:30am i gave it about 2 hours before calling to check in on my pets, and was informed he had been anxious during the morning group play and was in his kennel, however they would try again later. This led me to inquire about the play schedule at which point i was informed "small groups" go out four times daily for only 20mins. I expressed how concerning this was given my prior expressed concern about my dogs socialization, and the point of his daycare visit to allow time for him to acclimate. I was unsure how this could be accomplished in 20mins, given how new and overwhelming the experience was sure to be. They said that they could include family play sessions but that would only get them up to 2 hours a day outside at max with them still required to spend the remaining 22 hours of the day separated. After hearing of my concerns I was contacted by the clinic manager and offered insight into their practices. I expressed the above and inquired as to why given the limited play time my dog had only been attempted once in the play yard in the 5 hours he had been there. She explained at length how they are a corporate run facility, and that their practices were to alleviate risk between animals ( a concern i can appreciate but is inherently rooted in self-interest) and continued to express how they would be improving runs in the future to allow for family boarding, but did not make any effort to address my immediate concerns outside of justifications for their policies. She informed me they only employ two kennel workers during the day on any given shift, and express how "busy" they were. I implored that i would be fine with the limited outdoors time if they could board together for the duration of their 10 day stay, and was again denied, then offered the suggestions of alternative boarding facilities to suit my needs. I informed her i had limited options and funds given the short notice. She didn't even bother to check on the status of my pets prior to calling me, when i asked how they had done in the interim she just stated she had "heard my concerns and wanted to address them" as quickly as possible. At this point i requested a walk through tour during pickup to make a final determination of the situation for my pets and this was agreed to.Around 20mins later i was called again by the manager to inform me that she had spoken of my concerns to the "medical director" and that they would be comping my day of daycare but didn't feel it would be a good fit for my pets for boarding, at which point i said i would go pickup my pets and be done. This was after confirming my dog had only spent one group play session outside which was completely the opposite of my intention for brining them ahead of time. This now leaves me without a boarding facility 4 days before an international trip, all because I was concerned about welfare of my pet in their care.Needless to say, I would highly consider your pets needs prior to utilizing their "Daycare" as their concerns seem rooted in ensuring solely the physical safety of

These guys are Great! The thing I love most however, is that I can take my dog into the lobby! Couldn't do that at Bay Hills Animal Hospital and that's why I'm here now. Good upgrade, I recommend it!

Great staff. Leanne at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and Vanessa is great. She goes over and beyond for clients and their pets. I left my pet there boarding for the first time and she was kind enough to send me a pic just to reassure me that fur baby was doing great. Thanks again Vanessa.

This is a great veterinary office. They have taken amazing care of my service dog since moving to the area. The doctors and vet techs are very knowledgeable and the staff is all super friendly. He gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot! I have also used the boarding services at Arnold Pet Station for a few overnight's, at last pickup, Liam took the time to ask me a few questions and to discuss a behavior he had noticed, it was very thoughtful. Liam is a natural, you can tell he really cares and that makes me feel good about leaving him there❣️
