The blonde manager has no patience or customer service skills. She speaks in a very condescending tone when I don’t understand why there are always a million reasons why they can’t fill my prescriptions. Not that hard to be kind and patiently explain to things to customers who didn’t go to pharmacy school. I’m going to CVS.

I had an outstanding experience at Arnold Pharmacy! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. They take the time to explain medications thoroughly and answer any questions with patience and care. The service is fast and efficient, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. The pharmacy is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of over-the-counter products. It’s clear they truly care about their customers’ health and well-being. I highly recommend Arnold Pharmacy to anyone looking for exceptional service and personalized care!

After two years, perhaps more, of suffering with CVS, my Medicare consultant advised me that I could get a different Rx drug plan and switch to the Arnold Professional Pharmacy group. That switch has been a blessing. They are a genuine old-fashioned pharmacy- very efficient (max wait for an Rx has been five minutes tops), very polite and friendly, and clearly view themselves as essential health-care providers, which they are. I practiced medicine for forty years, and I know the difference between a big-box store with an incidental Rx counter (CVS, Walgreen's, and all the other big ones), and a real pharmacy dedicated to keeping people healthy, and to curing the sick and injured. These guys deserve your business and your trust.

I pass by 7 pharmacies to come and support this small business who truly cares for my family and their health. After 2 very scary mixups at large chain, I asked our doctors who the most reliable pharmacy was in a 30 min radius. Every single doctor said Arnold Professional. Nine years later, every time a doctor or nurse asks where they should send our prescriptions to and I say Arnold Professional, there is always a compliment that follows. Small town service with the highest medical education. I cannot say enough about this team. You won’t be disappointed!

Prescriptions are almost always ready same-day, great customer service! Every time I ask for a consult, the pharmacist is concise and patient. They also have a pretty large stock of various over the counter medications/remedies.

We are big fans of APP and have relied on them weekly for several years now. They are 'fast to fill' and will call you when there's a delay in getting the drug. And they're so friendly, they feel like family!
