Is there an option for 0 stars? The customer service here is a disaster. I assume like myself others only end up using this pharmacy because our insurance requires it. They claim drugs are on backorder when no other pharmacies are having issues obtaining drugs. Its like being stuck in a abusive marriage with no option of divorce. They can't help, they talk with no energy or desire to help. They dont care. Maybe they are understaffed, and maybe some of this is outside their control. My first instinct always is to be sympathetic and understanding but this place has used up all of my patience. This is not how to run a pharmacy. Perhaps there are some good people working here but they are being overshadowed by a poor system and bad apples around them. "Check back with us if you have not heard from us within 2 business days". Yeah its been a month guys. Good grief.

Slowest pharmacy on the peninsula. Be prepared to call in your order, go there to check and be told to come back an hour later regardless of when the script was sent.

If you can avoid using this pharmacy… do it at all costs. They’re rude, don’t communicate, never have anything in stock, and extremely unhelpful. The customer service is downright the worst I’ve encountered. Go anywhere else.

Staff at the pharmacy is always extremely rude. Most of the time you'll get a call that the prescription is ready, but then they'll tell you to come back when you show up. I'll never use CVS pharmacy again thanks to this location.

Painfully slow, overcharged me for at least one Rx, staff won't make eye contact, and they keep texting me to pick up an outdated Rx which has been replaced by another one. Not only are they incompetent and rude, but CVS and the other chains are putting all the independent pharmacies out of business. Presently, we'll have nothing but these indifferent giant chains to take care of our Rx drug needs. What joy.

Wow there are a lot of bad reviews for this CVS. I honestly have always had a positive experience! I get my prescriptions on time. Staff is friendly. Store is organized and stocked. Haters gonna hate.

It doesn’t matter if you go in or go to the drive through. It can take 15 minutes for anyone to even look at you, as you try to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist looks at you, while he doesn’t wait on you.

7 years ago I wrote: "They are slow, they seem to be out of a lot of medications, they seem kind of lost. It's very strange how many issues I've had there over only 3 trips, but I'm not the only one I know. And the reviews here tell me this is a problem in general. I hope they get it together soon because it is a very convenient location for me."Well, it hasn't improved. If anything, it has gotten worse. I can't believe I've put up with it for 7 years, but it is time for a new pharmacy. I have a heart medication that was in process that they said would be ready at 9pm the day it was called in, & surprise! It wasn't. It is 3 days later, it is still "in process". I called and they said they are "a few days behind". The only way I can get them to "expedite" it (as if 3 days late isn't already so far behind, it's impossible for them to call it being expedited) is if I go in store and wait around while they fill it.I think they are just understaffed. That's my hope. Because the alternative is they've been sorely mismanged for this long, and people put up with it for the sake of convenience. I'll take a slightly longer drive to ensure I have less problems. I would save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, if you have the choice.

Always get a bad vibe from the employees in their pharmacy -ALWAYS. The pharmacy has a full staff and everyone looks too busy to help anyone. They do you a favor handing you the prescription when they have time. Text messages from them are confusing and not accurate. The customers stand in a line blocking shoppers who are in the aisle. Prescriptions aren't ready when you get there after texts received beforehand indicate they are. Just a non-customer friendly place altogether. I gave up on CVS and use Safeway across the street where employees are courteous, service is consistently top notch and employees don't treat customers like they're not worthy of respect. No more CVS for me.

Worse pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been waiting 4 days for a prescription that they keep saying is being processed. Staff is rude and unprofessional. This is the last time I use this CVS or any other CVS because corporate has to know what's going on there and they are doing nothing to fix it!!

This location is worse than any ive ever been to. The pharmacy employees act like you are inconveniencing them when you go to pick ip a prescription. Over six hours to fill a prescription of in stock medicines. It was only by sheer mistake my prescription was sent here. Never again will i make that mistake. The entire staff of the pharmacy from top down needs to be replaced with people who are willing to be, at bare minimum remotely interested in helping you. If i could give zero stars I would

Getting any prescriptions filled at this pharmacy is a terrible experience. They just continue to tell you a half hour and when you come back, it is still not ready. If I could get mine filled by any other pharmacy, I would.

I’ve gone to this pharmacy twice now for my COVID booster and the pharmacist, Chad, is always so friendly and helpful. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the vaccine and always thanks everyone for coming in and getting their shot once he’s done. Thank you Chad for making this a pleasant experience!

The young lady working the window in Arnold, Md (between the hours of 5:30 & 6:20) is rude. I asked to confirm the cost of my prescription (since my prescription fee is usually $15) after she said it was "655". I wanted to make sure that it was $6.55 and not $65 dollars. She then said "Its $600." I guess that was supposed to be funny. When I prepared to drive away she said "Good luck." Get your employees some customer service training. How about realizing that people are trying to confirm charges before paying with their credit card? Plus, don't say anything if you can't give a polite customer goodbye such as "Bye' or "Have a nice evening." This was after I called the store to confirm that the prescription was ready once I got a text that it was prepared. A female informed me in a condescending tone that when I got the text it was ready. Twice before today that was not the case. If your staff is going to act in an imperious manner they better be on the ball.

Really really horrible horrible staff. The pharmacy tech on the phone sighed loudly and rudely stated “i don’t know when it will be ready sometime today” um excuse me? I had to ask once again to find out MAYBE it will be ready around 6 o’clock. 6 hours after I dropped it off which I don’t even mind but it’s the attitude for me. I hate to sound like a Karen but this was really atrocious customer service.
