With all the things going around, somehow I end up perfectly on time to be right at close. I thought it was 8, yet it was 7, and that’s how the story goes. And Crichton was so efficient that he helped me micromanage my exact detailed plan. And so while we were in the flow, every single moment, I was instructed on how to physically handwrite the address, I got manila envelopes, I then also wrote each individually, and then as we step-by-step did it like an assembly line, we were able to effortlessly flow one document to the next and then a final payment.
Literally no microsecond of any sort of efficiency was lost, because I was constantly doing a step. It just wasn’t done in bulk. It was more of a flawless, simultaneous effort—bouncing freely between every sort of step. While he was filling out something, I was doing something, and while I was doing something, he was doing something. Because instead of doing it all at once for me and all at once for him, it would have taken a significant amount more time. We did it as an efficient assembly line.
While at the same time, he was able to efficiently empty the mail room and help one other customer and then also help a woman within literally a time span of not even a quarter of a nickel. Literally within probably 6.9 minutes to 7, it was so fast. Very few have this capability.
I don’t understand why 1290 Baydale Drive, Arnold, Maryland doesn’t compensate accelerated methods of efficiency finders, for there are really truly only a few who have mastered the art

This is one UPS store that never picks up their phones when you call them! You have to call several times to get some information. Even though 5 mins from my house,I'll rather drive to UPS Severna Park,where I receive prompt service!

They were incredibly busy, but handled the crowd very efficiently while being helpful and friendly. The manager is always incredibly kind and runs a great store. Highly recommend!

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL UPS store ever!!!! Dan the OWNER charged me 13 pounds for a 6 pound box and said it was UPS policy . While questioning him he gets very abrupt and hostile. Never again! It’s funny he’s still in business! He screams at customers and is ridiculous!

This is the slowest, worst, and most impolite UPS store I've ever had the displeasure of using. Chronically understaffed and the management is incredibly rude.
