If you love wasting your day standing in line ⏳ for an hour just to find out they’re out of stamps, envelopes, and basically everything ✉️📦—this is your place! Need to drop off mail after hours? Good luck! The drop box is permanently broken ❌📮 (pretty sure it’s just for decoration at this point). Truly a masterclass in how not to run a post office. Five stars for frustration, zero for function. Bravo! 👏

Horrible customer service and bad attitudes. These employees are so rude and want to be difficult over the simplest things plus common sense. I don’t understand why some people behave like this but I already know why they’re just miserable and not happy with themselves.

I had an appointment for the passport, they made me wait 15 minutes while the woman attended and repeated photos because the other person did not like how she took the photo, at no time do I respect that if you arrive late they do not attend to you. The woman who had to serve me has an unpleasant and unkind attitude, she seems to make fun of any mistake. As if everyone else were idiots. I will not use that office again, very dirty and disgusting.

This post office and Annapolis Maryland post office has cost me hundreds of dollars lost because the postal worker delivered my packages to the wrong address while I was away at work ! Did not get a refund, because it shows as delivered. What a headache and money lost at my expense !

The substitute carrier delivered our held vacation mail to the wrong address- to a vacant house with a secure mailbox. This was in Sept 2023 and it took them 2 months to realize and tell me of their error. I never heard from the supervisor despite leaving notes for him or her, calling, filing complaints and sending a certified letter to Baltimore, and I’ve never received my mail.

Our company used this post office for 30 years. We mailed certified mail every two weeks which we dropped off. We had an arrangement where we would drop off and they would process the certified letters in-between customers or before the office opened. This arraingment was made as we would be in line for 2-3 hours while they processed the letters. 3 weeks ago we were told by Joanne that they could no longer accomodate us as they were short staffed. She then told us that we had to rearrange how we do business to satisfy their needs. Unfortunately we could not do this and decided to seek help with our mail elsewhere. Ended up going to the Severna Park post office and they processed our certified letters THE SAME DAY, IN AN HOUR AND A HALF. There was two postal employees who processed my work at Severna Park, the same amount that were at Arnold.

Got pretty much verbally assaulted when I came in with my box that wasn’t taped.Paid 3.99 for a roll of tape and they told me they would tape the box for me because they wanted to leave on time… no ma’am. I paid for the tape!!My friend attempted to return a package in which they said “that goes to UPS… you know the brown people.” What is that even supposed to meanFelt extremely disrespected to the point it was comical.

If you want to get verbally assaulted by your local post office, this is the place to go let me tell ya!Went in there instead of UPS to return a product (total accident) and instead of telling me where to go they told me “YOU NEED TO GO TO THE BROWN PEOPLE”. Without me saying anything they kept saying “you must go to the brown people, we are USPS not UPS”Would love to know what “the brown people” means….

Bro literally drove off after he saw me put out my packages for him; still marked it as picked up of course. Do better. What’s funny is he drove out of my neighborhood so I couldn’t even say something of flag him down. You knew what you were doing.

Dismissive and rude service. The Latina desk clerk ignored myself and an elderly woman standing in line to assist a man who walked right in the door, just outright ignored us to take care of him nuch to his and my own confusion. When I was finally assisted by another desk clerk she had moved onto another customer before I was completed with my questions regarding passports.I'll use the drop box going forward.
